Summary: Elegant and easy to use tool which makes managing a complex project visually appealing and easier to manage tasks and interdependencies. Chat support and email support are very responsive. This tool is beautiful and offers excellent export options to PDF, Excel, PNG, etc.

Positive: Viewing and exporting feature are super helpful when you need to share the info with someone outside of your organization. The ability to share charts and organize users for specific access and control is very helpful.

Negative: Sometimes after changing any parameters in the task it didn't save. But it was on start, now I know, how to do it correct.

Summary: It's been great overall and I'm super glad that I ended up switching from my old chart creation software, as it was starting to give me headaches on a constant basis.

Positive: GanttPRO is definitely the best, as well as the easiest tool that I've found for making in depth, detailed Gantt charts that not only look good, but are highly functional with a super intuitive interface. It's definitely a lifesaver so far.

Negative: I can't really think of anything. I suppose a some software for iPad etc. would be nice, but it's fine the way is it as well.

Positive: This is a very unique product I have used, and I recommend it very much. For several years I have been searching for the appropriate tool to use and this fulfills all the requirements that I need. I will give a five stars comment to this app and the gantt chart is easy to use so I am very satisfied with GanttPRO.

Negative: Maybe the user interface should be more simple because most of user want to find out the function while using it.

Summary: My overall experience has been hugely positive. The trial has enabled me to organise several different things, from concert programming to a year-long ballet project. It also enables me to provide my clients with clarity on workloads and deadlines so they can keep a track on my progress and watch the compositions develop.

Positive: The software has a highly effective and easy to use UI, which is complimented by a vast array of features that make work life easier. It provides simple and effective tools (such as user-filtered Gantt Charts) that enable effective project management so that everyone can track their porgess on all of the assigned tasks and increase productivity. The software also bends and flexes easily if things go awry, extending deadlines and automatically compensating for the extra added time.
Overall this product is: Easy to use, Effective, Well designed and thought through

Negative: As an individual, the pricing strategy makes it difficult to justify, especially with users such as myself who work with many different teams from different organisations on the same project. Such cross-organisation collaborative work is not so easily catered for, but the features in the Individual liscence do just enough that you can get by.
Overall this product isn't: Easy to use if you work with teams from many different organsiations

Summary: It is the best project management software I have used. It is very easy to used and it has grate graphics.

Positive: GanttPRO has realy good graphics, they are simple to use and more important they are very clear in showing you the information. So you know exactly how your project is doing and who much time you have left. It is very easy to organize different projects by assigning a color to each project and with looking at te gantt chart you know everything on how the every project is doing.

there are two very cool feature that distinguishes ganttPRO, the first one is the ability to customize the informatión you want display in the screen. And second one is, when you are assigning task you can see, how many hours every person on the time has assign and has free.

Negative: It is very gud organizing tool. The only con I found. Is that it is no so easy to find the tasks that are overdue.

Summary: We are working on our first professional project with Gantt Pro. This scientific project aims to explain the sedimentary processes along the Normandie's coastline in France.

Negative: We had to insert a Gantt diagram for our report. Comparing different websites, we found that Gantt pro is the easiest way to organize our timetable. This is our last year of study and it is a pleasure to know this tool and it will be a great help to reach our objective. The website is very ergonomic and we got no difficulties to use the interface whereas we were beginners for this field. So this is a very complete website as I recommand to everybody who would like to get a Gantt diagram.

Summary: The tool fulfilled all my requirements for a project planning tool. The GUI is very intuitive and easy to learn. I think it is great to have an export function available so that I can share my Gantt charts to non- users of the software. The concept of sharing projects amongst registered users is great, however, the billing seems to be a bit too expensive.

Summary: Simple online tool for planning projects. The simple design does not distract and lets you do the work quickly and focused. It doesn't need any technical knowledge so you can start planning quickly and easily. I can recommend this tool to others and will probably continue to use it in the future.

Summary: I am very happy with this tool. It is the best tool for project management that I have tried.

Positive: The UI is very intuitive and pleasant. After a short usage period it becomes very easy to use. The online availibility makes it easy to collaborate and share the plans with others, as no installation is needed. Great features e.g display of Critical Path.

Negative: Due to its vast amount of features, there is a learning curve required, however the learning curve is very steep.

Summary: On a student project I've been involved, I proposed to my team to use GanttPro to create gant for project management. The tool was easy to use, even tough my classmate where novices. Finally for other projects we used GanttPro, and it becomes the reference tool for us. We are all studying geomatics, a field between geography and informatics.

Summary: Gantt Pro is a great project management tool. I have been using it for a few years and allows me to track my personal long term projects a life-long student that I am. I would definitely recommend this tool to anybody interested in an easy-to-use project management program. The Gantt diagrams are easily customizable but there are also very useful templates to use a base. This tool helps you to visualize and structure better how to plan to make your dreams come true. So this is why I don't look for another project management tool. I am looking forward to find more new functions to use and new ways to improve my knowledge on this software. The more I learn about it, the faster I will reach my project goals.

Summary: I have been working with a lot of Gantt editors for years, including desktop and online tools, and this is the best tool I have found, including desktop software.

Positive: Big pro: it can detect team workloads, which is a crucial point for me.

From the usability point of view, it runs smoothly, and the views are clean, super-well designed.

Sharing charts with public URLs is a great feature, allowing customers to stay informed about their projects.

Negative: The individual plan only can be paid by a single yearly subscription; I would like to pick a monthly option too. I think the plans for teams have a reasonable price, maybe for individuals is a bit expensive.
