Negative: GS RichCopy is a paid software, and there is no free version available.

Summary: GS RichCopy is the best for moving Windows File Servers to NAS and we were excited about using the tool. Everything we would dream about was here - checksum comparison, GUI that provides a lot of info, multi-stream copy and its price!
Excellent to migrate data from old Windows-based servers to the new one. The same flexibility, features, great support helped us to move data very quickly and it's ability to "sync" to many different platforms, makes it a solid tool for your specific needs.

Positive: I love that it can utilize the maximum bandwidth of your network and storage devices to transfer data as quickly as possible. It uses advanced multithreading and caching techniques to accelerate file transfers. It can seamlessly resume data transfers even after network dropouts or shutdowns. It uses checkpoint restart to continue transfers where it left off.
Finally it provides detailed transfer reports and logging. You get information like transfer speeds, elapsed time, success and failure reports, file sizes, etc. This is useful for auditing and troubleshooting file transfers.

Negative: The only downside I can think of is that needs to supports the Mac platforms.

Negative: As a none techy, the tool is hard in some parts but the Support team are available to help me.

Negative: Nothing that I've came across and I will update my review in the future if I find any problem.

Summary: The software was recommended to us to move our file server from old one to new one and it was a helpful and powerful software to sync large server directories with enough advanced options to allow getting the maximum throughput.

Positive: This software makes it very easy to schedule syncing or backing or migrate file servers to new servers. Also it provides end to end encryptions, real-time data transfer and block-level data transfer with no hassles.

Negative: The software not support versioning for now and I will be pleased if they work on it.

Positive: It provides copy or move files by just few clicks.
It has a pretty progress bar which acutely shows the progress.
The tool never consume the source resources.
It provides a good report after the copy done.
Installed easily on my device.

Negative: Too many updates the past year and this made me re-install the software more than one time.

Negative: Somewhat very detailed logs files in this product and hasn't enough online tutorials videos.

Summary: We have windows servers and GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise is fantastic to make backups. Really simple to configure and practical way. The most charming part about GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise is that it works on windows servers and can backup SQL databases.
And I think no other company offers all these features for these price ranges.

Positive: Fantastic tool to backup SQL databases, definitely faster, and the support of GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise is generally good and have helped out quickly when we have required assistance.

Negative: Previous version was buggy, but GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise completely rolled out finally a new version with no bugs in my opinion.

Summary: GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise has most definitely improved our organization because it saves the IT a lot of headache. You can back up at many different ways, but this is the perfect way to keep a customer and a company in compliance in that they've got their data backup in a secure way.

Positive: It is able to backup data to NAS and clouds encrypted as needed, the jobs are easy to manage and it is good at job monitoring and reports plus the good support.

Negative: It is expensive for the enterprise edition.

Summary: The need for syncing a large files at once in easy and fast way made us to search and to use a rich backup tool like GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise which make me feel safe while syncing to SharePoint online or OneDrive.

Positive: Full featured sync tool especially the GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise. It integrates with the cloud accounts simply, so we can easily backup audio files over internet.

Negative: The enterprise edition is high priced, I need just the price of required features for syncing to SP and OneDrive.

Summary: Very nice software for coping file very quick, with a little help of a techy friend, I understand most of the features and it is very easy now.

Positive: Integrates easily with windows, very fast, schedules tasks and run it automatically and the technical support team are reachable.

Negative: I found some difficulties at first while using some features.

Summary: Gs RichCopy 360 is just what I needed to copy a specific files from folder into another folder. Really the best feature for me that it has the ability to do back up for large multi-file and folder and then only update the changed or new files/folders. Really it was a good choice.

Positive: It is a real-time saver and the price is handy, Also the ease of use is one of its Pros. The quick response time from the Support team makes me always comfortable.

Negative: Nothing comes to my mind now, maybe they should support Unix and Linux.

Summary: I recommend this tool to anyone who has to move large files to OneDrive or who needs to migrate to Sharepoint online, It makes the copy process easy and quick.

Positive: Fast, user friendly and it tells you what is wrong if a file is skipped/not copied or moved via understood logs.

Negative: No cons, no problems, just run it it will work fine.

Summary: Moving a bulk of folders and files to other devices is not easy, so using Gs Richcopy Enterprise was a good choice. However I found it is not easy at first but it gets the job done.

Positive: Very professional support. They have very fast responses just like the solution.
This product line has so many features that cost a lot in other competitors.

Negative: It is great, but it would have been better if it had an easy interface.

Summary: From my experience the best feature which I were search and found in Gs Richcopy 360 is to sync folders from my computer to windows server 2019 which located in my work over 50 km far away , it syncs the updates and changes quick and easy.

Positive: It replaces Robocopy very well, the UI is not very difficult to use once you get used to it, and the support was fast and efficient.

Negative: There was no discount for the Enterprise GS like what is in the Standard GS.
