Positive: I am impressed with how quick and easy it was to get RichCopy set up. Installation took just a couple of minutes and the interface is clean and simple. I didn't need to spend any time configuring or tweaking settings.
At any time during the transfer I could bring up a window that showed me the current progress, speed, estimated time remaining, and number of files copied. This made it easy to monitor the migration status at a glance.
Also It was able to maximize bandwidth and resources to achieve some seriously fast transfer speeds.
Finally, GS RichCopy delivered rock-solid performance. Despite transferring thousands of large files, it didn't fail or crash once. The verification and error-checking features ensured every file arrived intact. If there had been any issues, it has built-in retry logic to handle failures and retries.

Negative: No native support for Linux or macOS, this will make this product the best.

Once the backup is completed, the data is stored in Azure in an immutable state, which means that it cannot be modified or deleted. This provides us with an extra layer of protection against data loss and ensures that we can recover our data even in the event of a ransomware attack.
The software can be configured to run backups automatically at set intervals, which means that we don't have to worry about manually running backups.

Negative: All parts of the software is excellent and nothing to worry about.

Positive: It is the best file copy tool do accurate file verification. After copying files, it can thoroughly check that the source and destination files are exactly the same by comparing checksums. This ensures that there are no errors in the copying process and provides peace of mind for important file transfers. The verification process can even fix errors automatically by recopying only the problematic files.

It provides a high degree of control over how files are copied. It has options to control the number of threads used for copying to maximize speed on your system configuration. There are choices for the amount of memory buffer used and the size of packets for copying files. It can preserve file attributes like creation and modification dates when copying files. It also has the ability to skip hidden, system, read-only and empty files if needed.

It keeps records of files that have been copied previously and can then copy only new or modified files in subsequent copy operations. It also has a mirror mode that will delete files in the destination that no longer exist in the source folder. These features make it easy to keep two folders in sync.

Negative: Nothing bad about GS RichCopy and all features we used are very accurate in their purpose.

Summary: GS RichCopy 360 is really useful to upload files to clouds. You can create different "jobs" with different settings to suit your needs. You have the ability to exclude files based on wildcards, size and date/time. You can also visualize what would be synchronized before it happens and you can then change/cancel certain file synchronization if you want. In the several years I've been using it, and it can also back up files either on a local network or over the internet. The software is able to detect a drive even if it has been mounted differently than before.

Positive: GS RichCopy 360 has a user interface that is very easy to use such that you do not need any instructions guide and more so it's customized in a way that its friendly to any user. It’s also very fast such that you can back up and sync files between several cloud spaces without taking you forever.

Finally , It's nice to have some of the community support to help answer questions and muddle through a specific set up you'd like to see, but for the most part, it's pretty easy to figure out.

Negative: I have no any negative view about GS RichCopy 360 for as far as I have used it has been a reliable software.

Your data migration or synchronization jobs will complete in the fastest time possible.

Negative: I don't really have any cons for now and I can update my review in the future if any cons appears.

Recently, I had the pleasure of working with GS RichCopy 360 and this was when a migration project from a local machine to Citrix needed, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. Really I love that recently GuruSquad updated the program, so we can transfer files from clouds to Citrix.

Negative: No cons, they finally upgrade the program to transfer from clouds to Citrix.

Positive: It is a powerful and reliable server file transfer solution , It is easy to use, and it can be used to sync data between multiple servers ,the encryption used by GS RichCopy is top-notch, and it ensures that your data is safe and secure. And it allows you to set up automatic backups, which is a great way to ensure that your data is always safe and secure

Negative: The software is only available for Windows, so users with other operating systems may not be able to use .

Gs Richcopy 360 also can send email notifications upon the completion of a migration job or when errors occur. This feature allowed me to monitor the migration process remotely and address any issues that arose promptly.

Negative: GS RichCopy 360 not supports versioning and I informed them to take care of this in the coming update

And using real-time file synchronization was a great experience. This feature ensures that any changes made to a file in one location are automatically updated in the other location. Positive: I would focus on 4 points:

- It provides detailed logs and reports of each transfer. This is helpful for tracking the progress of a transfer, identifying any errors or issues, and ensuring that the transfer was successful. The logs are easy to read and understand, and I can export them to a CSV file for further analysis.
- Lastly, the customer support team at GS RichCopy 360 is exceptional. They are knowledgeable and responsive, and they have helped me resolve any issues or questions I had promptly.

Negative: The price! but as a one-time purchase software, it is not a big deal.

Negative: Nothing I hate in this tool and it provides all that we need.

Summary: We recently had to do some transferring of data between two 4 TB portable HDDs /NAS and our laptop, and GS RichCopy 360 was the suitable tool to do this work.

And I would to add that GS RichCopy 360 offers CRC checking as part of the file copy process, and it works pretty well.

Positive: Worth every single penny, works as expected, faster than standard Windows copy, and copy files with CRC Errors. GS RichCopy 360 is a real God send for me, and is now my all time favorite software.

Negative: No problems faced during the use of this tool, it is excellent.

Summary: When I said must have copy tool, I mean it. Copy files between our machines required a copy tool like that if we need 0 file loss.
GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise is also suitable for small, medium and large businesses and that's what makes it the best for us in the future too.

Positive: It works with most of the clouds, if we need to copy from our machine to cloud (Dropbox). Easy to install, easy to configure and easy to follow the progress of your copy.

Negative: I think nothing to say, the tool is perfect and inexpensive for what it offers.

Summary: We were searching for an inexpensive app to copy our folders and all types of files, we found GS RichCopy 360 and we found many features than we need, and it works very good over the last 3 years with us.

Positive: I used GS RichCopy 360 three years ago and I can say that it was quick, works as I need, works very well with NAS. very workable to move files from the crashed drives, helps save more time replicating highest data synchronization over multiple devices, allows verification of file's moved or copied and can copy from multiple source folders into one destination folder.

Negative: None until now and we are working on running this app on all our servers now.
