Summary: SharePoint was our target and we were searching for a simple, easy and affordable way for this migration.
Sharegate desktop was used by one of my friends and it was his suggestion, and he also suggested to an alternative "GS RichCopy 360", we made a full comparison between both and we found GS RichCopy is the suitable one for our budget, and after using it, I would to say, it was an excellent choice.
It made our migration to SharePoint more easy and simple, there is no hassle and mistakes.

Positive: Comparing to Sharegate price, GS RichCopy is a very inexpensive tool and it does the same thing.
And it has more extra features related to backup and migrations operations.

Negative: The design of GS RichCopy 360 in my opinion deserves 4/5.

Summary: GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise can backup not only physical machines but also virtual machines (VMs), I love that it can back up our data safe and easy and this backs to its simple and easy interface.

Positive: GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise customer service is easy to reach and work very hard to help you with your problem whatever it takes.

Negative: No GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise mobile device support on the App store

Summary: Overall, this is a wonderful solution for backing up to Dropbox, the features are very easy, and it has features that other competitors don't have.

Positive: GS RichCopy 360 is very easy to set up and use, implementation was smooth, it copies all my files and photos on all my computers to DropBox easily and securely.

Negative: The price of it for the small business use is a little bit high.

Summary: I use it to backup my PC directly to my external HDD without any loss daily. It works very fast if I need to backup to OneDrive. I consider it as one of the smartest and manageable way to get important data backed up.

Positive: Gs Richcopy 360 is easy to use, has a helpful manual guide and it has an excellent interface with tons of automated processes.
the product was downloaded, installed easily, used immediately, works well, and got the job done.

Negative: Nothing to be specified as a disadvantage, no difficulties.

Summary: It is my preferred tool to support four various backup types such as Full backup, Incremental backup, Differential backup, and Files Synchronization. It has the ability to copy my files from/to many computers in local network and to copy to/from remote servers.

Positive: I like these Pros in this tool:

Negative: We are about to use your software to copy from our servers to Azure Storage, and I know it is easy for your tool. My dream is to make your tool supports copy from cloud to cloud, if this happens, this will be perfect.

Summary: Working with a famous syncing tool gone to the end and we were wouldn't work with it again because of the price, our work mainly depends on transferring data from a local windows server to Onedrive for business daily, Gs Richcopy 360 now does what we want and more.

Positive: It makes me very satisfied every time using it, very intelligent, saved us a lot of time, reliable, great file synchronizing tool for syncing servers and the cloud.

Negative: I wish it was easy to find a strong tool like that, it takes me years to find it and to know that it can do the same jobs and more.

Summary: When we needed a way to easily back-up our files from our server to Office 365, we found GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise, and it works very well with Office 365. The tool has been set to constantly run and backs up all our devices to Office 365. All our documents are synced securely and can be accessed when needed.

Positive: GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise has the key to manage all of my syncing needs for over the past 5 years.
GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise works well on small and large folders, works well with Office 365 and it has an easy UI.

Negative: While trying to sync some jobs, I had an issue with the OS but it can be handled and I think it was something on the OS capabilities.

Summary: We faced some difficulties when trying to migrate our file server to Office 365 SharePoint. Our issue was the ability to copy from our server straight to Office 365 SharePoint.
Gs Richcopy 360 Enterprise did the task with offering app authentication and supporting larger sized jobs.

Positive: Powerful to copy to SharePoint (Office 365), supports larger sized jobs to the SharePoint. The speed was good, can be controlled, and smooth to the SharePoint. The Gurusquad Engineers was knowledgeable and helpful with me on this point.

Negative: The App was easy to manage and can't be described as difficult.

Summary: Our problem during the data migration project was mainly with the ACLs, not all permissions were copied, we found this solution GS RichCopy 360 and it was an excellent tool.

Positive: Can copy the ACLs from the server to a faraway one and can copy file and folder attributes.
The GS RichCopy 360 has the ability to auto-update features and it has a nice looking "Show Progress Screen".

Negative: No cons.

Summary: When a backup tool needed with the option of copying files based on last modified date, GS RichCopy 360 was suggested to us, it was professional to deliver this filter in easy way.
I would not forget accuracy of synchronizing my files.

Positive: Excellent program, professional customer service , brilliant, easy to use and it offers advanced multi-threading technology that provides the most robust and powerful performance.

Negative: I have a notification that updates for this tool will be available in the first of this month, I am waiting...

Summary: GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise is one of the best synchronization and backup programs I have tried so far.
The sync of devices with GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise is fast and quite safe, as well as the sync of my PC to Senology NAS or from PC to PC. So efficient and versatile is the synchronization of products that can even be programmed for a wide variety of automatic options.

Positive: It is a smooth software right from the installation and one can follow its steps easily even with no instruction guide. It is fast ,It has all the features I need . GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise allows you to synchronize files and more so enables you to be able to make relevant changes on either side if need be

Negative: GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise takes a little time to learn all the features but then it gets the job done and provides needed information to complete the task .

Summary: I just set it and forget it and after trying the free trial, I purchased the software.
GS Richcopy 360 did all what I need perfectly.

Positive: Syncs all my files to the external drive and recently for the purchased NAS . They have a well knowledgeable team that helped me to understand the not easy features.

Negative: It is OK but The software needs super users to use it.

Summary: This is one of the best programs I have worked with. After trying it, I can not imagine working on a computer without this program.

Positive: Simplified, fast, handy and helped me to save a lot of time, it is smooth while working on the windows.

Negative: No errors detected and no Cons to talk about GS RichCopy.

Summary: It has been key to managing all of my syncing needs for over the past 5 years . it is the easy way to sync my files into my drives.

Positive: GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise provides secure syncing to cloud drives ,portable hard drives ,networks, systems and remote servers

Negative: I can not install it on Windows 2000, but now I know how to skip this.

Summary: I promote GS Enterprise primarily as a backup program. It is the most reliable and safe way to protect your data while moving it to any where.

Positive: I love the way GS works, it has saved me valuable time, excellent and the license is for one time.

Negative: I found some problems understanding some features but it is ok now.
