Summary: Overall, Freshbooks allows us to handle any type of billing package in our company. We can securely and justifiably keep all the income through Freshbooks and it automatically generates all the accounting books for us and allows us to easily pull up our accounts and show our monthly reports.

Positive: The platform is very simple and easy to use, all its features and tools are very intuitive. They handle a large amount of information without the need to present any kind of blocking in the system. The price is incredible, Freshbooks fits what it offers. The best CDFi option is included and projects are handled much better.

Negative: They should translate the platform to other languages as some of our users don't speak English and it has been difficult for them to interact with Freshbooks. Otherwise this platform is amazing and can be manipulated by anyone.

Summary: Modernized and fully enabled with features necessary for efficient delivery. I manage the business even while I am away by connecting through the mobile app.

Positive: The best finance software for streamlining invoicing process for clients and time tracking.
It is highly reliable in completing complex financial processes and automating tasks.

Negative: I currently don't have any dislike since they upgraded the interface which was one area that I really wanted to see upgraded.

Summary: Very happy so far - FreshBooks now forms an integral part of our business. The service integrates well with other key tools we use and we confidently recommend it to all our clients.

Positive: FreshBooks have managed to bed down the Quote to Cash (Proposals - Invoice - Receipt - Report) process in a very elegant and concise way, hats off to them. We adopted FreshBooks after extensive evaluation and despite the price, the value they provide makes it worth it.

Proposal are a definite win though it would be nice if we could customize/personalize the sending domain name.

Negative: Not a negative - a wish rather that they would allow online payments in South Africa. The pandemic has minimized movement for all and integration with the local banks#paywalls would help speed up payments and automate reconciliations.

For instance, we are able to manage our invoices perfectly using FreshBooks.
Moreover, with FreshBooks, we track time and manage invoices easily.
It is a great platform for us.

Negative: According to my experience with FreshBooks, it is the best solution for us.
I like how flawless it is. No cons at all.

Summary: I like FreshBooks and it allows me to easily invoice my clients, integrate between my other systems and provides several helpful reports.

Positive: FreshBooks is a great tool for invoicing clients either for one-time or recurring payments. There are several integrations, including my favorite one which is HubSpot CRM for tracking clients in their sales cycle.

Negative: The FreshBooks fees plus credit card processing fees feel steep, but the system does justify the cost.

Summary: I am happy with this product and would recommend it to any small business. However, as your company grows, you will likely grow out of the product and need to advance to another accounting software.

Positive: This invoicing and accounting software is a great step toward automation. We switched from using Excel and Word to using FreshBooks and have been very pleased.

Negative: The subscription-based model makes it more expensive over the long-run.

Summary: It allows us to create automatic invoices and bills, Instead of long manual paperwork. We have been using it for a long time and it's overall great using Freshbooks for generating effortless invoices.

Positive: #1- The billing portal is easy to customize and allows to add a business logo.
#2- Automatic payment processing and quick bill generator.
#3- Auto Tax calculation for every invoice.

Negative: #1- We never had any bad experience with this tool.

Summary: Overall it's a great option for a business to use for their invoice needs for their customers. Especially if you need online payments.

Positive: Very easy to use and organizes your information well. It allows your customers to save their info and bill easily.

Negative: I wish there was more options to customize the look of invoices.

Negative: The customer service can be slow to respond and not very helpful. The prices are also higher than other accounting software programs.

Summary: Freshbooks is optimizable to work comfortably with different world currency systems, which seems advisable if you are covering remote project accounting. Freshbooks also has in its favor a section dedicated to the management of digital signatures, with which we can mobilize our documentation faster.

Positive: Freshbooks works with high-performance financial analytics, from which you can create advanced statistics showing the billing and closing cycles of all dates booked in the system, so you can access the information as often as needed. Freshbooks quickly manages file exports.

Negative: Freshbooks does not have good integrations to other ledger management services, which is noticeable when trying to adapt formats from the Xero platform to Freshbooks, whose formatting varies greatly. Freshbooks also does not include an expense tracker integrated directly from the control panel.
