FocusWriter Description

FocusWriter is an easy-to-use, distraction-free environment for writing. It uses a hidden interface that you can access by moving your mouse over the edges of your screen. This allows the program to have a familiar feel while still allowing you to fully immerse yourself into your work. It is available for Windows and Linux, and has been translated in many languages. TXT, basic RTF and basic ODT file supports, timers, alarms, daily goals and fully customizable themes, typewriter sounds effects (optional), live stats (optional), spell checking (optional), multidocument support, sessions and portable mode (optional). It has been translated into over 20 different languages.
