We have been using it since 2011, the program has developed a lot and they are constantly developing it, which makes us very happy. Currently, it is in many languages, which additionally allows you to make offers all over the world.Positive: Many years ago, I tested all the bigger and better known CRM systems. The choice fell on Firmao. It has everything that is needed. Many integrations. The biggest advantage is unlimited personalization possibilities. Creating filters and trees. Arranging processes, reducing employee errors, synchronization with Google Calendar, Synchronization with GOOGLE Maps. You can configure the calendar of employees, cars, occupancy of offices, use of devices. An extensive bidding system + any individual configuration by users. Project management, extensive statistics.
SUMMARY:
I do not know a better CRM, invoicing and management system than Firmao, and we have been using it continuously since 2010.Negative: It's a very good system and the disadvantages are hard to find. Maybe: not enough information about changes and new improvements, no integration with social media + no chat support on mobile devices in the mobile application which is very good and lightweight but has no chat function. But this is such a search for flaws by force, because it is a very good system.

Summary: I have used other company management software before but only Firmao gave a chance to put all company processes in order.
Positive: First of all, everything is in one place, there are many options and possibilities and additionally customization allows every employee to use what is needed.
Negative: The only thing I'm missing is integration with social media, or their stats. Other than that, almost everything works flawlessly.

Summary: I can't imagine a day without CRM system. Thanks to it, I can work from anywhere in the world and not worry about contact with employees and clients.
Positive: This CRM system helps with a huge amount of processes in the company. Firmao even helped me create these processes. As? Thanks to automation, we know what to do in order.
Negative: Firmao can be complicated at the beginning. This is an extensive CRM system, but it is worth implementing such a solution in your company.

Summary: I highly recommend Firmao! I have everything I need, they adjusted the system to my needs and when I need help with something - I get it quickly.
Positive: I have everything in one place, which is very important to me - I don't like to use multiple apps. The system allows me to design offers, issue invoices, and manage the warehouse and products.
Negative: I don't think there is a thing I don't like. Maybe I would like to see more integrations.

Summary: It works well in establishing relationships with customers, my employees liked the solution very much, I recommend it.
Positive: It works very fast for me as a cloud solution, you can conveniently manage your company from anywhere in the world. Another plus is the mobile application. Finally a new mobile application has appeared.
Negative: It may seem difficult at first login, but the app also has its own telephone support department for use at the price of the system.
