    Summary: It's definitely a welcome for our firm especially based on our old system (Hummingbird DM by OpenText), which was not very user friendly at all.

    Positive: I like that it's very easy to use and FV is constantly coming out with new features and upgrades to fix any bugs, etc.

    Negative: If you have staff changeover, it triggers the billing department as they are thinking you need more licenses, even though you may be just changing up your staff, firing old, hiring new.
