Summary: Super easy to use program that has allowed my business to grow. I use it at gun shows and able to have multiple people doing background checks at once.
Positive: Easy to use, comprehensive, excellent product. 1473s are completed with ease. There is a POS module. ATF tracing is a snap. All multi-sales are reported to ATF.
Negative: Customer service not always the quickest. But they do get back to you.
