Outstanding platform for niche, qualitative search firms Date: Apr 13 2023
Summary: The overall experience is fantastic. We use it daily, we build really effective pools, we go quicker in integrating candidates, managing the Data Privacy compliance ( US, California, EU GDPR).
The client portal offers our own clients a full transparency process on the searches we provide, a constant interaction with TA or HR Leaders or Business Leaders.
Widely appreciated feature.Positive: The UI of the desktop version, the mobile version, the full TA cycle capabilities and the CLIENT PORTAL. This platform brings such efficiency to the search firms, that we absolutely confirm our rating.
Negative: If we had 1 comment to do. We would appreciate the enhancement of industry lists, the development of standard templates for headhunting firms, high-end search firm that tackle senior to executive leadership levels. It would save even more time upon launch.
