Summary: Overall, this is a fantastic app. As I said earlier, it meets our needs and exceeds our expectations.

Positive: This app meets our needs and surpasses our conference management expectations. It is easy to navigate and very user-friendly. Most importantly, it removes us from printing conference booklets and agendas.

Negative: Only been using this app for less than a week to prepare for our upcoming conference. It is early to tell what the cons are, but so far, I'm very satisfied.

Summary: We host 2 annual conferences and generally have 50-80 total attendees per conference. This is perfectly scalable for our needs and organization.

Positive: The ability to use as much or as little of the features as you want/need. We put on 2 annual conferences a year for IT organizations in our state and Eventleaf provides everything we need to gather both vendor information and member/attendee information.

Negative: There are no cons that we've encountered with Eventleaf. We don't utilize all the extra bells & whistles, so we haven't fully tested all the features. But the basics all work for what we need them for.

Summary: I found the web management and design features suitable, but with some things to be desired. I would like a better logo upload tool, to make my company logo more presentable at the top of the page. I also had trouble with the "custom link" feature, or maybe just didn't get the point: I expected it to give me a nice, short link with my company name, instead I got a link that I had to shorten in Bitly. However, it's very suitable for event homepages and event landing pages, and can easily be repeated and recreated.

Positive: The thing I liked the most is the ability to integrate your own payment processor. I enjoyed the fact that you get a full free-trial demo so you can play around with the system as much or as little as you want. I really liked the fact that the registration page had so many options for promo-code control, etc.

Negative: The poor controls for logo uploads. I was disappointed with the final event page link that I was provided with. I wasn't impressed with the cookie-cutter basic web design controls, limited color schemes, and a very blocky feel. Also didn't like that the system does not have an auto-export feature for names, dates, events, phone numbers etc.

Summary: I needed a registration site that was easy, customizable, and affordable. Eventleaf checks all those boxes.

Positive: Need a cost-effective registration tool that is easy for you to create and easy for attendees to navigate. The greatest points are that you can do some event logic, ability to hide some fields, and have excellent reporting and customizable emails.

Negative: Hoping that Eventleaf creators allow for the ability to use HTML formatted emails.

Summary: We are very happy with what we see so far! We have used Eventleaf's flexibility and multiple session ticketing option to create a stress-free registration process for our participants!

Positive: We really appreciated the options to customize the forms to what we needed. Many other apps have a set form which doesn't apply to everyones needs.

Negative: At first it was a bit challenging to manipulate, but once we dug a bit deeper we opened up a whole new world of options!

Summary: My experience was very good. From the very beginning I found the people I connected with at EventLeaf to be very helpful and respectful. The presenters of the live demo answered what may have seemed like dumb questions from me (as I had never used a product/service such as theirs before) with patience and useful information. I found EventLeaf to be fairly intuitive and easy to use.

Positive: Helpfulness of support staff. Live demo option. Ease of use by user and event attendees. Custom pricing availability.

Negative: To date I have not found anything that I considered a "con."

Summary: Overall, this product has improved our event planning tremendously by making the guest registration simple and easily trackable. We will use Eventleaf in the future for other events.

Positive: When we initially had questions regarding the set up process, the response time from Eventleaf's support team was incredibly fast and they were easily accessible.

Negative: My only request going forward would be that the font on the printable name tags be enlarged.

Summary: It made my work so much simpler. We were using excel for event data management and once we switched to Eventleaf, we started using it for every small and large event that we host. Super simple and affordable.

Positive: - Easy to set up the registration process and build a website.
- Send custom emails.
- Use mobile apps for different purposes.
- Built in reports for different data points.
- Lots of options to integrate with other tools.

Negative: We are using an e platform for the first time. Can't think of any cons.

Summary: This is an excellent piece of software that has far more than we utilise. the option to pay for tickets through it's integration isn't used by us but I can see how good that would be. Love how straight forward to set it up is and also it has allowed us to move closer to our eco-friendly principles. For a small not for profit organisation, this has been a game changer.

Positive: The ability to print badges using the checkin App.
The option to have a linked event website.
At our events, we use the CheckIn App to print badges in real time. This approach means we no longer need to pre-print badges, which aligns with our commitment to being eco-friendly. In the past, printing badges ahead of time led to bottlenecks during event registration. Now, the app also provides us with a dedicated website for each event, saving us the effort of creating a separate subdomain on our own site.

Negative: Just the lack of options for printers if using mobile app from phone. Lack of moderated Q & A presentation options. Q & A is great but projected to screen doesn't allow us to show only questions we want to in the way we want to.

Summary: My overall experience with Eventleaf has been very positive. The platform offers a comprehensive and intuitive solution for managing events, whether virtual, hybrid, or in-person. Setting up events is straightforward, with clear workflows for registration, attendee check-in, badge printing, and session tracking. I particularly appreciated how quickly I could get an event live and how professional the registration pages looked with minimal effort.

Positive: Manages event registration, badge printing, check-ins, and attendee engagement in one place. and great for both in-person and virtual/hybrid events.

Negative: Eventleaf doesn’t offer native integrations with popular CRMs (like Salesforce or HubSpot), email tools (e.g., Mailchimp), or learning management systems — requiring workarounds for syncing data.

Summary: Great product, great price! I would recommend this to others who are doing local conferences or other small events.

Positive: Eventleaf does a great job at responding to comments from their users and continuing to improve their product. This is the second year we have used it for a local conference and it continues to improve!

Negative: There are some functionalities that could be improved, such as how the agenda is displayed, but we have found work arounds that make it look the way we want it to.

Summary: Brandon was great to work with - very helpful and willing to get us up and running quickly for an event that is happening very soon.

Positive: How easy it was to try out the product, without a contract. Pricing seems very reasonable. How quickly they were able to get us up and running.

Negative: Not much guidance on how to initially get things setup

Summary: The registration process for end users is pretty easy and the end results and reports for our organization are very helpful. We would absolutely use the site again in the future.

Positive: Eventleaf provides various layers for building conference registration options. The site is user friendly and compiles a well-executed form for end users.

Negative: Because there are several layers, there is a good deal of second-guessing. I find myself quad-checking to confirm all areas contain accurate information. Therefore, the task is time consuming.

Summary: EventLeaf is affordable and easy to use. Great for creating an event management website quickly. I was able to stand it up and assign different roles in no time!

Positive: User interface is intuitive and the built-in tools allow a user to build an event management site quickly.

Negative: The payment processing system could use some upgrades and your limited on html manipulations.

Summary: Overall, Eventleaf was helpful for our event management! The customizable option for event pages was extremely helpful for keeping guests informed on the agenda, speakers, and other important information. Also, having the ability to import a registration list of known attendees was a huge benefit, although the location for the option to import that information and approve those guests could be made easier to find. We enjoyed the multiple check-in options. However, sometimes the iPad couldn’t keep up with the steady stream of guests attempting to check-in. This required us to reload the app often for arriving guests. We have yet to use the payment options, but while configuring our events it was apparent that there were plenty of options for customizing payments and refunds upon registration. With a few minor adjustments, this app could become even more user friendly and efficient!
