    Im an organizer - they are stealing from me!

    Summary: I’m an event organizer. Eventbrite is one of the platforms we use to list our events - we noticed missing money for certain events and when we asked they restricted our payouts completely. A month later we get them back and when we bring up the missing money of ours again… they restrict our entire payouts again. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone - and we asked them to take our events off their platform and they refuse to do that also. So they are still selling our products and are unwilling to pay us at all for any event. And still haven’t answered us about our missing money from months ago. They are a complete scam!!!!

    Positive: They have a large consumer base. That is genuinely the only positive thing I can say about the entire organization.

    Negative: Horrible customer service, they steal, no communication, won’t remove our events from their platform even though they also refuse to give us our money, won’t tell us where our missing money is from months ago, all in all absolutely everything about the company.

    Pain in the behind

    Summary: Poor.

    Positive: Reaches out to large audience. Good in theory.

    Negative: Clumsy and awkward. Often messes up tickets.
    No customer service after they have your money.

    Terrible customer support

    Summary: I'd recommend that you take your business elsewhere. Perhaps this company started out with good intentions, but they have certainly lost their integrity and value as a service.

    Positive: The pros of this company are irrelevant as a result of the cons. If you were to encounter a bug on their end, you would have no options or way of contacting them.

    Negative: Worst customer support experience I've ever had; there are zero options for contacting support to report a bug. I spent an hour going through different funnels trying to find a support email or contact, and absolutely none exist.
