Summary: My company adopted BisTrack 6 years ago. The week we launched it was utter chaos. Even after 6 weeks of pre launch training. Only a few of the features we were trained to use worked as expected. The last 6 years of using BisTrack have been a day after day battle for a retail lumber sales staff with a fast tempo of operation to deal with, the myriad of maddening idiosyncrasies. Our corporate office hasn't dumped BisTrack as the sales staff has recommended, because the have priority access to our IT department, and they have much more time to search for lost data. BisTrack must be an acceptable bookkeeping tool, however, it is a dismal failure as a sales tool. An update was recently installed, many of the existing problems were exacerbated, seemingly none were fixed.

I can't in honesty give this product even one star. I do not recommend it and all categories are less than poor.

    Positive: Nothing.

    Negative: Everything.
