    Summary: Fairly horrible. I'm looking for an alternative where the software is cross-platform, and the call back times for support are reasonable.

    Positive: I liked a couple of the people in tech support, and the software was fairly speedy. That's about it.

    Negative: - Requires Windows
    - No access to the underlying database (except through one instance of Crystal Reports)
    - Months-long call back times for support
    - Expensive, especially in light of the other cons...
