Summary: It has allowed us to have a good management of the visitors that are arriving since it greatly automates the way in which visitors are received, it has practically expedited the work of the receptionists since there are very few things that have to be done since first you have to go through by Envoy to be able to be accepted as a visit and also that each visitor has a unique badge and that will last for the duration of the visit, thus improving security within the work environment by having better control of visitors.
Envoy has made it easier to meet for meetings since visitors can pre-register without having to go directly to the offices, this solved many problems during the pandemic where crowding in closed spaces was not allowed. Currently the same method still works as it is more practical to be able to schedule a meeting than to go directly to the office to schedule a meeting or find out if a worker is available.Positive: * The allocation of rooms is the best that this platform has been able to have since it allows to have more orderly spaces in a virtual way without the need to contact me directly to be on the site to find out if there is space available, but simply see the availability of the spaces waiting, that's what my clients liked the most every time I receive visits from them. This solution allows for a better flow of people at the time of having visits, since it avoids crowding within a workspace and also helps visitors not have to waste their time waiting or finding out if there is a place available for waiting.
* It is easily configured with practically any iPad and can also be synchronized with email to receive notifications of visitors who are arriving. Thanks to the iPad I can have visitors without the need for them to have downloaded the application, but simply have a record on the iPad and if they are frequent visitors, they simply identify themselves since this platform manages its database very well, which allows for a large number of stored visitors.
* You can have a complete map of the visits and the availability of each work team, this has been very useful for me since this platform is not only for people who are going to visit company workers, but also allows between employees verify the availability of each work team. * I have noticed that visitors have no problems using this platform either the mobile version or when they use my work iPad to register or log in for a visit. * The administrative control panel of this platform in its mobile version is a bit limited compared to all the tools that are available in the desktop version, so it is a bit tedious to have to go to the desktop to make changes having the possibility to do it through my mobile device. An example of this would be the ability to log in or out of each of the visitors, this would improve the flow of visitors that they have during the day since it would save time doing everything on my mobile phone without having to go to my desktop as I would have full control in the palm of my hand.
* On some occasions visits tend to double when there are several people sharing the same space, this failure has caused confusion several times within the workspace, wasting time trying to find out whose turn it was to visit. The room app should be better designed to allow multiple users in parallel within the same room so that visitors do not have to struggle to find who they should meet or where, but simply choose directly within the app and correctly mark their location.
* The synchronization with the calendars of other platforms sometimes fails, it takes a while to be able to see an assigned meeting reflected, it is not done in real time even knowing that Envoy can be directly integrated with the Outlook calendar, which is the one I currently use the most to have organized all the events of my day to day. I hope they correct this problem since sometimes it has taken a day for the scheduled visits to be reflected and this was a problem since I did not realize it and I thought that I had that day free to carry out other activities within my working hours or receive another visit, but I noticed that a scheduled visit was marked on Envoy's calendar, so I almost missed that meeting with the client. -

Summary: I have been able to solve the problem of the administrative management of the receptionists since it was chaos when we had many visitors within my company and also certain confusions occurred when guiding visitors since I generally did not understand very well which room to enter. So with this we were able, in the first place, to keep track of who enters the facilities, since each person must necessarily keep a record to be able to enter any room or even the waiting room, and the second is to be able to have good management when time to show the available seats in the waiting room and if the company staff is busy with a visitor or not.
With the integration of this platform with others, I have been able to streamline certain processes with clients without them having to install more platforms within their device and also allowing me and the work staff of my company to use the same platform that we have always been using and connecting it with this making us have a better workflow without getting lost or using different platforms to be able to carry out this integration.
With Envoy it has been very easy to have a record of all the visitors we have had, we have also obtained notifications when a visitor arrives without having to have interruptions when a person arrives, but we can simply see the mobile application to see how many visitors we have now. This platform is also synchronized with the one who is going, thus having a closer notification on the same communication platform for when a visitor is near or within the facilities that have been previously programmed with Envoy. One last more useful integration that I give to this platform is the possibility of sending documents with DocuSign and for visitors to sign documents digitally, good in this way saving money on printing since everything is kept in the cloud.
I can set up rooms and waiting spaces for visitors so I can have a clearer perspective of when a visitor is inside my company premises. This was very useful for me since I did not have to leave the personal office cubicle prepared to receive visitors, it has also been very important for me to know the available positions, which in this case has been very useful for the visitor, who can know if there is space to be in the waiting room. I have also been able to have data on whether another coworker is busy with a visitor, so I don't interrupt him when he has a meeting.

I would like that they already integrate a Chat within this platform for mobile devices in order to facilitate communication between visitor and host, since although it can be used for the way in which I can include visitors, it is a bit uncomfortable to be able to work in different platforms for the same purpose. Likewise, I can also use social networks or instant chat such as WhatsApp or Telegram, however I prefer to keep my privacy and integrity safe since they are data that I do not prefer to give to everyone. So a Chat integrated within this platform will be an efficient solution to maintain the most effective communication between a company employee and a visitor.
On mobile devices I would like to have an option to filter the rooms since in an environment where there are too many rooms created it is very difficult to track a visitor, it would be the most useful and practical to track all visitors to specific rooms as well you want to select without having to go through the manual search process. Having this tool within mobile devices would be the most practical way not to use the computer but to already have it in the palm of my hand and at any time within my company to be able to carry out a more practical and effective search. -

Summary: It has been an excellent solution for me and a great help for the receptionists of my company, it has been practically a hands-free when it comes to filling out paperwork for visitors. By this I mean that it made it easy for us to keep detailed records about visitors such as their photo, arrival time, why they want to come in, signature, etc. All this without having to do extensive paperwork on the information of the visitors since everything is digitally registered, including their signature. The use of this application on a day-to-day basis within my company is very convenient because it is easier to be able to register the income of people and also know the time of arrival and departure to have more control over the visitors who arrive at the company. . So the logistics of the people who arrive was easy to handle, thus being able to achieve good management of the schedules for the office staff that will receive the visits and there is no mess when it comes to letting the visitors in.
Positive: º It integrates very well with Slack since if a visitor notified their arrival and selected a host then they can notify them through it. Thus, the host would not only have email notification of its visitors, but also within Slack it would be notified about the visitors that arrive in case a company has it implemented.
º Facilitates the entry of recurring users since they do not have to do much to be able to enter the registry within the offices, but simply search for their name and everything will be there. So waiting times are shorter and you don't have to do paperwork for returning visitors to speed up the entire receptionist work process.
º Label printing was the strong point of this application. Being honest for the reception of my company it was an easy task to be able to carry out its work thanks to Envoy, it usually only gives support on the use of this application when it comes to attending to the visits since Envoy does all the work including the to print a small label to identify the person who is visiting. The bad thing is that it is not reusable and I would like it to be that way since it would only be enough, for example, to scan a QR code of the label already printed previously.
º Detailed information of each visitor can be obtained, as well as which building each visitor is wanting to enter. It sounds like a movie, but it is the most normal, so it facilitates the control of where only the visitor has to go and thus have everything more organized and not only have a label saying who is going to visit but where it is located within the business.

Summary: Overall this program is a must have for return to work programs. I see the complaints on cost, but this is truly one of the better visitor management programs.
Positive: Envoy is great at managing visitors and contractors in your workplace. The screening process is super easy and has become a normal morning routine for our office.
Negative: Envoy could give just a little more for the analytical tab in terms of sign in data. I find myself exporting as CSV to do most of the data sorting.

Summary: I was looking for a visitor system to replace the sign-in books and Envoy was exactly what I needed.
We use the free plan currently and it does the job really well. The setup is pretty easy and looks good too. Once a user has signed in, the host gets an email and the visitor is logged into the system.
You can add extra questions (such as body temperature), and the paid plan lets you send maps, add reminders, etc. It really does a lot.
If you need reports on visitors, that is easy too. You can export to a CSV.
If the paid plan was cheaper we would have purchased, but for an old iPad to replace a sign in book with pen and paper, it does an excellent job. it also looks quite professional!Positive: Easy to setup.

It is set and forget with a nice interface and flow.

Summary: The Envoy system is fabulous. We used to have to run to the lobby to greet people, but with Envoy the system will call the host directly. It saves a lot of time and also security because you know who is in the building.

Summary: Easy to use, very straight forward to set up and user-friendly, Just few taps and you are registered.
Positive: I love the fact that it is so easy to use and at the same time employees can select their preferred desk. I also think it is very safe because this way we know who was sitting in each desk in case of any covid infection or for any other security reasons.

Summary: I would rank Envoy 9.8 stars out of 10 easily.… I would recommend to any workplace looking to simplify, manage and check multiple boxes for the new norm in the workplace. The pandemic has made office re-opening for employers quite challenging. With Envoy's feature to keep occupancy at a minimum this should ease an employee who may be worried about returning to the office.
Positive: Envoy has been instrumental in managing and staying compliant on restrictions due to COVID and capacity limits.
Negative: Would be ideal to remind one to check-in after you complete your wellness check via Envoy APP.
