Summary: I was looking for a visitor system to replace the sign-in books and Envoy was exactly what I needed.

We use the free plan currently and it does the job really well. The setup is pretty easy and looks good too. Once a user has signed in, the host gets an email and the visitor is logged into the system.

You can add extra questions (such as body temperature), and the paid plan lets you send maps, add reminders, etc. It really does a lot.

If you need reports on visitors, that is easy too. You can export to a CSV.

If the paid plan was cheaper we would have purchased, but for an old iPad to replace a sign in book with pen and paper, it does an excellent job. it also looks quite professional!

Positive: Easy to setup.
Good customisation.
Free plan gives you a lot of good options.
It is set and forget with a nice interface and flow.
Lots of integration.

Negative: The pro plans are a little expensive. Depending if you need the software it is a good option, but they could be a little cheaper and I would have purchased a plan.

Summary: Great software, will definitely recommend to others. Very easy to use and easy to setup, It pretty much handles the hard part for us.

Positive: Love the ease of use, and that it helps me keep track of Visitors and Desks that are in use or have been reserved.

Negative: Would love to have the option of blocking out desks near other that have already been reserved to avoid people sitting close to each other.

Summary: Great program and it is a great safeguard. It protects us as employees and also makes people feel at ease.

Positive: Easy for users to use and they don't have a lot of issues with it. They all love it and think that it is a great program.

Negative: I haven't seen many cons with it. It is super fast to learn how to use and is a great safeguard for the company.

Summary: The Envoy system is fabulous. We used to have to run to the lobby to greet people, but with Envoy the system will call the host directly. It saves a lot of time and also security because you know who is in the building.

Positive: The desks were easy to set up on Envoy. Envoy is great it is like having another person in the office. We used to have to go to the lobby to collect visitors, but with Envoy it contacts the host directly. It is a great tool to have in the office and I would recommend it to anyone.

Negative: Couldn't see anything wrong with Envoy, it is a great source and allows us to know who is in the building.

Summary: Overall the experience was absolutely refreshing! There wasn't anything left to question everything was smooth I would recommend Envoy to everyone!

Positive: If you haven't used envoy before trust me when I say you want regret it! Everything you need is here!

Negative: There wasn't anything that I can say I didn't like.

Summary: Overall Envoy Desks really is a saving grace to make it convenient for our employees coming back to the workplace!

Positive: Organized.
Attention to detail.
Precise.
Majority based for safety.
Design is easy to understand.

Negative: Right now I am having issues with allowing it to view all floors of our building.

Summary: I wouldn't be able to handle the work load without this.

Positive: Doing security I feel like the check in process for visitors and contractors is great! Name company especially now with the COVID-19 questions I don't have to repeat myself every 8 seconds. Easy check in process for everyone easy to use. for a receptionist having this being able to call someone by their name I feel bring a bit more importance to that person. Fast and easy I would recommend to and business with a lot of vendor traffic.

Negative: Cons my printer is broken haha. I don't have a problem.

Summary: As a security professional, Envoy is crucial to maintaining safety for our employees. They provide great features such as integrated programs and "Desks", timely responses for help, and new and innovative ideas remain to come.

Positive: Envoy provides data quickly and efficiently to create reports, predict trends, and verify health checks through this pandemic. The iPad app creates a seamless sign in for employees and creates a nice customized feel for our organization.

Negative: We utilize Genetec Security Desk, the integration price is bit steep, would be interested in seeing that lowered or trial versions offered. Sometimes notifications can be delayed, but not too bad.

Summary: Easy to use, very straight forward to set up and user-friendly, Just few taps and you are registered.

Positive: I love the fact that it is so easy to use and at the same time employees can select their preferred desk. I also think it is very safe because this way we know who was sitting in each desk in case of any covid infection or for any other security reasons.

Negative: Not much to dislike about this software, it does what it is designed to do, and does it very well. I would only say that sometimes the notifications are a bit delayed, but for the rest Ive had nothing but positive feedback from users :)

Summary: Envoy is a great tool for our company to use for outside guests and now with COVID our internal employees. We use it to keep track on who has been in the office and utilized our hotel offices.

Positive: The pros are that it is user friendly and easy to train new people how to you use it. Creative use of mobile technology. Integrations with other products.

Negative: Support for more printers. Capturing of identification/passport.

Summary: I would rank Envoy 9.8 stars out of 10 easily.… I would recommend to any workplace looking to simplify, manage and check multiple boxes for the new norm in the workplace. The pandemic has made office re-opening for employers quite challenging. With Envoy's feature to keep occupancy at a minimum this should ease an employee who may be worried about returning to the office.

Positive: Envoy has been instrumental in managing and staying compliant on restrictions due to COVID and capacity limits.

Negative: Would be ideal to remind one to check-in after you complete your wellness check via Envoy APP.

Summary: Envoy does exactly what it says it would. It enables us to manage our people and our spaces and adds a layer of security. Having Envoy deployed in our business has made the return to work post-Covid highly achievable and incredibly easy to manage.

Positive: The Envoy product is incredibly easy to use and our staff has found it a huge benefit when checking in to the office. Deployment went off seamlessly while the reporting enables us to actively measure the use of our office space.

Negative: I would like to be able to have users book a desk next to their peers. If you could search for a user, know where they are located, and book a space near them it would be an added benefit.

Summary: The desks feature is a great addition to the already great Envoy platform. It allowed us to return to the office safely while maintaining a great team atmosphere by being seated together.

Positive: The desks feature allows us to pre-assign desks to certain employees, like managers who have their own office. The others have any desk automatically assigned or they can pick one from the floor plan manually.

The neighborhoods function allows us to have our teams seated together automatically which greatly enhances the collaboration and team atmosphere.

Negative: It would be great to be able to create new desk assignments without re-importing a CSV file.

Summary: With the new day of compliance requirements for planned Employee return to work post-COVID era. Envoy has been instrumental with every aspect of is required for transitioning back to the office. GAME CHANGER.

Positive: Awesome tool for tracking occupancy, scheduling and securing employee desks, maintain capacity limit, and capturing health questionnaires.

Negative: The App should prompt a reminder to check-in (answer health questionnaire) prior to entering the office suite on scheduled in office days.

Summary: Envoy is a great product its very creative and is always updating their technology to keep up with the tech industry. Thank you.

Positive: Their technology is excellent. Envoy is always adding new features to their product. Keeps business organize and it's very easy to use. Visitors loves the pre invites sent in advance and its very easy check them in, brings smiles to peoples faces not having to manually having to register and enter their info.

Negative: Envoy passport sometimes doesn't recognize returning visitors phone for easy sign in.
