    Returning to the office

    Summary: Envoy does exactly what it says it would. It enables us to manage our people and our spaces and adds a layer of security. Having Envoy deployed in our business has made the return to work post-Covid highly achievable and incredibly easy to manage.

    Positive: The Envoy product is incredibly easy to use and our staff has found it a huge benefit when checking in to the office. Deployment went off seamlessly while the reporting enables us to actively measure the use of our office space.

    Negative: I would like to be able to have users book a desk next to their peers. If you could search for a user, know where they are located, and book a space near them it would be an added benefit.

    Envoy Desks and a safe to office return!

    Summary: The desks feature is a great addition to the already great Envoy platform. It allowed us to return to the office safely while maintaining a great team atmosphere by being seated together.

    Positive: The desks feature allows us to pre-assign desks to certain employees, like managers who have their own office. The others have any desk automatically assigned or they can pick one from the floor plan manually.

    The neighborhoods function allows us to have our teams seated together automatically which greatly enhances the collaboration and team atmosphere.

    Negative: It would be great to be able to create new desk assignments without re-importing a CSV file.

    Summary: Envoy is a great product its very creative and is always updating their technology to keep up with the tech industry. Thank you.

    Positive: Their technology is excellent. Envoy is always adding new features to their product. Keeps business organize and it's very easy to use.     Very adaptable

    Summary: The support and care that Envoy offers is extremely good. We feel that they listen to us and they keep adapting the application based on our conversations. Gladly and comfortably recommending their tools!

    Positive: Extremely easy to set up and get going. Took only a few hours to set up the Visitor part (most of that was dealing with a printer that didn't want to cooperate). We were very impressed with the functionality and how many different tasks it could handle for us. The choice to expand with Protect, Desks and Rooms was easy.

    Negative: Reporting function can be improved. Especially now in Covid-19 times it would be nice to have an automated report sent to our cleaning staff containing information of what desks have been used. Data is available in the system but it has to be manually exported.

    Easy and welcoming to end users

    Summary: It's easy to maintain and attractive. I had a visitor contact about a month after they had been here and ask me what it was so he could implement it as his company. I gave him the name and recommended it.

    It's flexible also as I was able to easily add a COVID-19 safety form to it once the pandemic hit.

    Positive: It's really easy for end users (guests) to use . Easy to setup and maintain. The only maintenance you will generally have is the IPAD asking you for IOS updates.

    Useful and easy to use

    Summary: Good and satisfied because I have seen our guest using it and guiding them to answer the question, they need to be explained just once. When producing the report, the data provided is easy to manager.

    Positive: We are using this for our guest screenings at the house in NYC and it is really easy to use and people's friendly. Fast movement from question to question and easy to manage to produce the report and information. From the IT perspective, it is easy to customize to the needs of the business.

    Negative: I don't think they should limit on the type of question or what to do with the answer. They should just ask the organization to sign a waiver so they are responsible of the information they collect.

    Successful Envoy Implementation

    Summary: Software and hardware are very easy and flexible to use. Customer support specialists are receptive, helpful, and effective. My company is very happy with this tool and is excited to see it evolve!

    Positive: Ease of use for visitor control.
    Software and hardware are excellent!
    Functions and features are intuitive and don't require a lot of training.
    The ability to use for multiple sites in multiple geographic regions is excellent.

    Negative: We are beta testing a function now that requires all staff members to answer questions related to COVID symptoms. How they answer will determine if they can enter our offices. They can only do this via a smartphone app. It'd be helpful if they could also do this via website since not everyone in our company has a smartphone.

    Love the new Protect Features!

    Summary: It's working great for us! Not only do I use Envoy in my office but have attended events around town that also use Envoy. The phone app makes checking in super easy.

    Positive: Envoy Protect is going to be a game changer for our reentry. I really appreciate the easy of use with this new feature!

    Negative: It would be great if we could have the ability for our employees to register to be in the office a couple of weeks in advance. With child care and all of that it would be good to plan out.

    Perfect Sign in software for our Non-profit

    Summary: As a grant-funded organization this product has been wonderful in helping us collect the data we need for our funders. We have been able to streamline our processes and use our time better now with this software.

    Positive: Love the ease of use for both the staff and our visitors! Very easy to explain to new visitors, walking them through signing in the first time and explaining they need to use their email address subsequent visits makes signing in a breeze!

    Negative: Would like to be able to organize ALL fields in the order we would like them in. Sometimes the order feels disjointed. This can be confusing the first time someone signs in, or when they're making changes to their sign in.
