EastCoast Visit Description

To enhance your visitor management, you can add the EastCoast Express package to any basic package. Your visitors will be sent an informative and neat invitation via email. Outlook allows you to prebook visitors. The host will automatically receive a notification. Security staff have access to the most current evacuation list via the mobile app. To enter the building, the visitor can use his mobile visitor card and check in upon arrival. The mobile visitor ticket can be used to open a gate, door, or speed gate. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), becomes effective 25 May 2018. EastCoast Solutions engaged Zacco, an intellectual property consulting company, to review EastCoast Visit as well as our cloud-based services EastCoast Express. This was to ensure that the products and services met the new requirements. After New Year, a new version (18 of EastCoast Visit that is GDPR-ready) has been completed.
