E-Staff software is a recruitment system (applicant tracking program) for staffing agencies and HR departments. E-Staff is a powerful tool to search for and select employees. E-Staff allows you to manage clients and vacancies as well as import CVs and schedule interviews. E-Staff's recruitment software offers CRM functionality. Clients, contacts, and events can all be stored in one database. Clients can be classified by industry, size and region. Clients can attach any number files and documents to their cards. You can also search for their content using keywords. You can assign a contact a number of roles that allow you to distinguish between customers of your products and technical contacts (legal, IT, etc.). E-Staff keeps track of contact persons who move from one company to the next.
