Summary: I use Dropbox weekly to upload and share content with others on my team. I'd recommend this to people who are looking for a easy way to share/store larger files with co-workers.

Positive: Great replacement for an external hard drive.
Easy to upload content.
Ability to create files and sub-files for organization purposes.

Negative: There are times where we have issues uploading, but this is not frequent.

Summary: I've been using this for years now and haven't had any issues so far
It's safe, good UI/UX, cross platform. What else would an average user need?

Positive: Cloud helps you share files across platforms or devices or even with others to collaborate.
It is also very secure so you can rely on it while storing your personal files.

Negative: The pricing could be a bit better but the rest of it is top notch.

Summary: Other than its pricing I don't think there is any issue with this and it trusted by many big companies out there and pretty much serves everything required.

Positive: Nice user interface and easy to use . Is very much secure. Integration with many social media platforms and used by many companies for collecting resumes.

Negative: Other than pricing i don't think there is any issue with this.

Summary: Overall, Dropbox has been a perfect solution that enables me to easily share, store and sync files in real time.

Positive: I like that Dropbox makes it easy to store, share and synchronize files in the cloud.
It has improved user community among teams.

Negative: It fails to synchronize files while offline, this is the only challenge i have.

Summary: Dropbox is a secure cloud file storage. We use Dropbox in Slack integration. It helps us to direct access and share files within the Slack app. But the only downside is the file share link expires faster relatively other cloud storage.

Positive: #1- Flies stored are secured and encrypted.
#2- Dropbox can be integrated with Slack helps to use in professional purpose.
#3- File compression is also possible in Dropbox.
#4- Clean dashboards user interface.

Negative: #1- We switched from Dropbox to Box because the File sharing link expires faster relatively box.

Summary: I like Dropbox, we use it on a daily basis in my organization. I just wish it had some adjustments and better live-editing features.

Positive: Dropbox is a really easy way to share virtually anything digital by just dragging and dropping. It is meant to be that simple, and it does just that.

Negative: There are a few features I have encountered that I don't much care for. First, multiple versions of the same document can be created unintentionally. If I edit a document within Dropbox while simultaneously, it is opened by another user I shared it with, two versions can be created. Second, I wish there was a way to see if the users that documents have been shared with, have successfully viewed the documents. Even if no edits are made, it would be convenient to see that "Jane Doe opened this file at 10:52am" etc.

Summary: It is a timesaver for my work, and helps when working with multiple people at multiple locations on the same files.

Positive: I love being able to share big files with anyone, without having to send by email. And then the files stay there to review and edit.

Negative: It is a challenge sometimes to change files around, or edit them.

Summary: This app is great for storing your large files. In my studies, I often have to store large files of several gigabytes. My phone and laptop don’t have enough storage to hold the files, so I use Dropbox. I’ve had no problems with it, and have become much more organized since beginning using it.

Positive: Large capacity, easy to transfer files, free, many supported file types. Connects through a variety of devices.

Negative: This application has a slightly outdated user interface, but that is the only problem with it.

Summary: It is an okay platform for cloud based file management. It is easy to use and set up. We used it for media that we shared between staff and it worked well for that.

Positive: The platform allows you to share files and access them via the cloud. The interface is easy to use. Easy to set up an account.

Negative: I am not confident in the security of Dropbox. It is too easily accessible for me to put any sensitive files.

Summary: It is easy to use but it can be very expensive especially if it is not being used on a routine basis.

Positive: I love that I can share big projects with ease with anyone outside of my organization. Drop and share is easy.

Negative: It can be a bit high in price and doesn't provide for smaller packages.

Summary: Overall, I think it’s a great software. It just isn’t as intuitive for me, and so I haven’t had the best experiences with it.

Positive: I think Dropbox is an excellent way for people to send large files, videos, documents, etc over the internet. It just has some user interface issues.

Negative: I think it isn’t entirely user friendly. I feel like I have to re-learn how to send documents every time I use it. Some of that is because I don’t use it particularly often, so I’ll forget and then have to figure it out all over again the next time I use it.

Summary: Dropbox gets the job done, but several features pertaining to user experience could be finessed for a more please experience.

Positive: Dropbox seems to be nearly everyone's go-to cloud-based storage. This means when sharing files, this is a safe bet. Many people are familiar with how to retrieve and store files on this platform, and for the most part it is very user friendly.

Negative: The platform feels clunky, and I have a lot of examples of this.
When being added to my company's dropbox, my new computer was rendered useless because it automatically tried to add ALL files to my computer's hard drive. It did this to several of my coworkers as well. Once you set up selective sync this isn't an issue, but actually GETTING selective sync set up when your computer is trying to download 1000+GB of info is a very frustrating experience.
When using the dropbox app, every time you try to move files from a shared dropbox to your desktop (or whatever kind of local storage), it defaults to trying to remove the files from the dropbox for EVERYONE. Why is that the default? It prompts you every time that you are about to remove the files for everyone, but it doesn't give the option to adjust this setting. If you were clicking rapidly, it would be easy to miss and accidentally delete files.
When uploading to other platforms, such as a DAM, you cannot upload directly from dropbox. You need to move the files to some kind of local storage, thus I am having to deal with this annoyance quite often.
When viewing files on the dropbox in browser I find the file information inconsistent in how it is presented and downloading files is sometimes a pain.

None of these issues are majorly problematic-- it just really makes the user experience less enjoyable. I've used other cloud-based storage platforms and found them to be a better user experience, for example Box.

Summary: Overall I was pleased with the easiness of uploading the documents. And it also allows you to share the files with others so that helps a great deal. I will continue to use this as a default software.

Positive: Dropbox is very easy to use... It is as simple as a slide of the document over from your desktop or download folder and dropping your file into the spot.

Negative: Sometimes it takes a little longer to load the document but that may be based on the size of the file. Not bad though.

Summary: I started using Dropbox ever since high school and it has enabled me to store files in a secure workspace.

Positive: I like the way I am able to access files saved in Dropbox from anywhere as long as i am connected to the internet.

Negative: The pricing is high and requires robust internet access or mobile data to share and synchronize files.

Summary: I almost stopped using it because its complications, comparing to other storage solutions out there.
They need to simplify and offer a competitive storage packages that match other similar solutions.

Positive: At the very beginning when it started, it was maybe the only one in cloud storage solutions out there.

Negative: They didn't upgrade their self enough to compete with other similar cloud solutions that came after them.
