Summary: Dropbox is absolutely excellent at what it does. Lots of good features such as sharing folders with others, and keeping files in sync between your systems. I've never had a reliability issue or had to reinstall or troubleshoot it. It just works. Pricing isn't bad, but could be cheaper. Cloud storage hasn't exactly been going up in price.

Positive: This software is easy to install and configure, and absolutely excels at its job. Way more reliable than Microsoft's product.

Negative: Two things. One, trying to configure permissions for different team members left me feeling like there just weren't enough options for fine-grained control. Two, the new restrictions on the free version have hurt me personally. I always used the free personal edition for myself and the paid version for my customers.

Summary: Overall, Dropbox is a good option if you want a cloud storage, they give you free 2gb which enough for documents and can be extend to 3TB (paid), features like auto sync, multiple access and version control are now big need of business to keep their data secure and backed up. It is a good alternative but the price for the paid service is a bit expensive, but worth your money.

Positive: I am using this for a while, it helps a lot and saves time as I do not have to make multiple local backups of file to access them from my all devices. It is quite like Google Drive but more user friendly interface and has less traffic and less restrictions compared to other cloud storage providers, which makes it more seamless to use.
The feature I liked the most is version control, we can revert back to a version saved within 30 days which helps a lot when you work involves installation of a lot of softwares and changes.

Negative: Dropbox has a lot of tools to help a professional but it is quite expensive as compared to other cloud storage providers. Otherwise it a good option for small businesses.

Positive: It's easy to use. Just upload your files, and there it is. Wherever you can connect to Dropbox, you have your files with you. The best thing about Dropbox is the integration options. I mostly used it with Evernote, but there's a lot of other big apps out there you can integrate with Dropbox, like Teams.

Negative: It's not much different than other similar options out there, but beyond that, I can't think of anything else negative to say about it.

Negative: The free version of this platform doesn't offer enough storage if you're heavy on media files.

Summary: It was average. I would not recommend this as a to die for product for file sharing. I wish there was a simple set of steps to use this product.

Positive: The ability to share both large and small files with recipients with portable devices. Apple devices are predominately used with this platform.

Negative: It is confusing to begin using. I was not sure you could use a desktop with it.

Its integrations with other third party software helps to connect from single dashboard. we can easily search the files and folders with its easy searchable bar. Works on Android device too.

Positive: For accessibility of official folders, tools, files etc. from any place on any device cloud storage is necessary. Dropbox has all this features with collaboration of the team members to use it remotely. It helps in productivity hike in my team. Its best thing is that all the data is secure and safe.

Negative: Sync feature required device to connect with the internet. Standard & Professional plan is of limited data storage up to 3 TB however advanced package don't have limit but the pricing is at higher end.

Summary: Overall Dropbox is good basic service for uploading and securing important data files. Helps in accessing our stored data easily from any place.

Positive: Dropbox is good cloud data storage service and give users a handful cloud disk limit, where we can securely place our large data files and share them with anyone easily.

Negative: It is good for normal use and lacks fast synchronization at times due to slow servers.
