Positive: As an MSP we utilize Domotz to discover and monitor customer infrastructure. Domotz has made it so easy to do this for us. We have a quick deployment that saves us and our customers cost, while providing integration for alerts, ticketing, and monitoring tools. They value their partners and are always willing to engage. We monitor Meraki and Unifi networks, switches, firewalls, access points, integrating these monitors into tickets in Autotask.

Negative: When we had setup issues, the team was able to connect with us and resolve any issues.

Summary: We are an integrator company. For all projects, we almost constantly need monitoring of connected equipment. Previously, we used the usual methods of remote access. Now we have tried the Domotz service for the first time. It's just perfect. Not only is it easy to install, integrate and configure. Also it has a very user-friendly interface, so you can also give the customer access to some part so that he also sees the situation. Many features for monitoring. And the support is simply the best. They answer quickly, solve questions without endless approvals and letting in a circle.

Negative: Multiple NIC devices like NAS units are a bit more challenging to configure.

Summary: Very good software with easy use to monitor network and has very good activity log. beautiful graphs. easy and reliable.

Positive: Can be used cross platform/OS: I used it in Synology & Windows to monitor my network activity. I am happy with it.

Negative: Pricey: price can be lower.
Sorry, but i couldn't find anything I do not like about the software.

Summary: After testing a lot of divergent monitoring solutions, Domotz is my All in One network monitoring solution. I use it to know that my SoHo Network and Devices are working fine.

Positive: It was easy to Setup and Test it on Synologs Nas (top Free Trial),
Apps are also available for mobile devices (Android / iOS and more ) for Notifications and Daily Reports on network activity- Extremely comprehensive.

Domotz tells me almost instantly if any of my devices are no longer on the network. I've identified failed/failing devices, access point dead spots, and wiring issues. Also have Full visibility on all my NAS Devices, VM’s, smart plugs, IP cameras, and more, without installing any agents on the clients.

Domotz has a very friendly interface and guided me through all the steps I needed. Browsing (Scanning) the entire network is very easy and creating monitors and alarms is super guided.

Domotz offers a fast and good support, with all technical or sales questions I was always well helped! 10/10.

Negative: Nothing, Domotz offers all necessary functions for monitoring a network and all attached devices!

Summary: Overall, Domotz is my go-to network monitoring solution. I use it to know that my network is up... or any devices that are not.

Negative: It can be a little tricky for some devices to get discovered on the network, especially if data volumes are low. But eventually, they do show up.

Also, Domotz offers outstanding support! The response delay is extremely low, and that's a big plus! You generally get an answer within minutes! Incredible! Also, the support quality is excellent, and the people are very helpful and kind!

Negative: The only thing that comes to mind is that its price has gone up 2x since I started using it. The increase is not huge, but we don't like price increases.

Positive: I really like using Domotz, as it allows me to monitor every device using SNMP and Mib protocols, including switches, routers (including the ability to turn off devices and track power consumption with PoE), smart plugs, IP cameras, and more, without installing any agents on the clients. With just one server installation (on Windows, Mac, Linux, Raspberry Pi, NAS, or virtual appliance), Domotz makes everything very easy. The new release is called Domotz Pro, and the "Pro" is not just a name! Now, in addition to SNMP, Domotz Pro can also connect via SSH (preferred, even on Windows) or WinRM (Windows only) to any OS, expanding its capabilities and controls. It's easy to use, thanks to the program's auto-recognition of available protocols and the plentiful guides, active forums, support, and pre-set templates and scripts, making it a complete 365-degree monitoring solution. The new release contains hundreds of pre-set SNMP templates that can be automatically applied to devices. In my case, it's HPE switches, but the list of vendor integrations is huge and constantly growing. By providing Mib to support, they will be added to their database, making any device compatible and monitorable. It also integrates with VMware to provide information on the status of VMs hosted by the host.

Notifications can be sent via email or the convenient app (iOS/Android), and they can be as simple as "device unreachable" or advanced as "TCP port 80 down," "degraded internet line," "404 webpage error," "full C drive," "high CPU usage," and more, thanks to the aforementioned dual integration (SNMP/Mib and SSH/WinRM). These notifications can be customized for groups or clients, and personalized web views can be assigned to various roles. If all of this still isn't enough, you can create custom drivers. Domotz provides various templates and a pre-built database, such as the convenient Windows update control.

Negative: With the new advent of the "pro" version, all my doubt about it disappeared.

Summary: Great product for multisite network management! I had no issues setting it up and I hope the possibilities in the mobile apps get extended soon.

Negative: Not all product features (such as dashboarding and alerting) are available on the mobile app interfaces. You have to use the web interface or desktop app for those features.

Summary: I have a Home network with over 100 devices supporting both Work from Home and Smart Home IoT. I've been searching for a solution to monitor all of my equipment to make sure that it's running properly.

I looked at the NetGear Orbi app that came with my router as well as Fing on the Consumer end and Zabbix and PRTG on the Pro end. After all of the research I selected Domotz. Although PRTG had an app there was no easy way to hosted on my NAS and it looked like it was going to be a considerable investment of time. Zabbix although free is much harder to use and doesn't have an official App. Both the NetGear Orbi app and Fing were to simplistic for what I wanted to do.

Only Domotz hit on all of the key features that I needed. Plus their support is absolutely excellent. I highly recommend Domotz.

Summary: Excellent product to use for my networking monitoring, I especially like the email alerts which work in real time and let me know if my network gets disconnected due to poor weather etc.

Positive: Excellent interface and functionality with the apps both Android and web app. Very quick update time and bespoke alerting system.

Negative: No real cons as the customer service is always very responsive and helpful.

Summary: Domotz is a great tool to monitor your network and develop applications based on it. Really useful even for non IT person.

Positive: Easy to install and use.
Connections / notifications. We can monitor when employees go in and out.

Negative: The platform has a lot of options. Maybe a light version could be nice for small businesses.
