Summary: Having used this software for years. I am impressed by the custom service. I know that my questions will get answered.

Positive: I am always learning, because of this I can produce quality renderings that show actual surfaces help close more projects. Their desire to stay current, with updates, quick fixes, and user catalogs. Customer Service has always made it a priority to find the answers to my questions. They listen to the feedback to make things better. I've been impressed by their completeness in providing a superior product. I highly recommend.

Negative: The cost of the software, but that is balanced out by sold jobs.

Summary: I've been using 2020 Design for over 10 years, and I've found it to be the best overall software for kitchen design. It's simple to use, yet allows you to design and render complex spaces. Whether it's a technical drawing or a realistic render, the result you receive from this software is top quality.

Positive: The 2020 Design software is incredibly useful for planning, quoting and rendering kitchen and bath designs. The program is relatively user friendly and the 2020 support team is great. The software give you the ability to produce beautiful renders and also technical drawings and details. There are also updates available often with constant improvements and upgrades.

Negative: Sadly the program occasionally crashes, if the design is very complex.

Summary: I do like this program but there definitely still bugs to be worked on for improved quality. The biggest of those bugs being the crashing of the program. I received a new computer and the program still decides to shut down on me every once in awhile.

Positive: Quality, troubleshooting, customer service and user friendly platforming are what make this product superior in the design program choices.

Negative: Glitchy sometimes, kind of slow, randomly crashes throughout creating a new design.

Summary: I have had an overall positive experience with 2020 Design. You MUST have hardware that can handle the requirements, and be sure there is no bloatware for optimal results.

Positive: 2020 Design Live is more stable than ever, and the EZRender rendering engine makes quick color rendering a snap.

Negative: Not updating the Drawing Layout Tool in over 10 years is a disappointment.

Summary: I like it very much and it has proven to be very stable. Try to use a powerful computer to get the full experience.

Positive: With easy render everyone can make gorgeous renders in just minutes. No more excuse to do hidden lines 😉

Negative: The learning curve is a little harder to fully use the software. Don’t under power your computer.

Summary: I love this software and have changed my business model to play on its strengths: design with a great client graphic experience for rendering, and pricing that makes it easier for me to sell and move more product into my marketplace.

Positive: Strong company - secure. Reachable customer service. Excellent renderings during creation for clients' experience/visualization.

Negative: Cost to operate - may be too much for small, entry-level companies and individual designers.

Summary: I really like the Version 13 vs Version 9. I love the way the renderings look real, I love how the catalogs are easy to install.

Positive: How easy it is to navigate, 360 degree panorama, Countertop wizard, how you can put all the items in your design.

Negative: When you have views open it has a tendency to crash the program.

Summary: Overall very good and I would recommend to others that they use. It is easy to use and learn. I do wish there was a more interactive 3D tour option.

Positive: I like how I can get pricing and complete a drawing all in one and that there are so many catalog options I can pull into this tool. The end result is in a great visual for the client with a price attached to it.

Negative: I wish there were a few more options for the 3D to include a 3D tour for the customer, especially when there are multiple rooms.

Summary: Overall great experience and heave used this program for years. with most companies catalogs being compatible it creates ease of use when designing and ordering. Please change back rendering functions, the photos look to AI generated now and over done.

Positive: Ease of use when it comes to cabinet catalogs and creating spaces. Being able to show clients a 3D visual is amazing. Actually showing what tile and specific measurements will be. It is a great program for designers with a lot or little experience.

Negative: Do not like new rendering setup. The pictures do not look as realistic, miss ceiling lighting and becomes too light sometimes.
Also, wish there as a monthly option like Chief Architect.

Summary: I have been using 2020 for over 5 years and have had a mostly positive experience. No real major issues.

Positive: Even with some glitches from time to time, I've never really had any major issues with 2020. It's pretty easy to use.

Negative: It's still an app so there are glitches but it is to be expected.

Summary: A good program that is easy to use but might be a bit much for smaller companies. Learning the program is very easy.

Summary: Overall is a good program, but it is too expensive, especially for a small business, the price is abusive.

Positive: The futures in the program is good and not too difficult to work with. It is good to have someone to assist you when you have a glitch on the system.

Negative: Some catalogs do not work correctly on shipping, volume and price is totally off, It is very frustrating to generate quote. Programs stall very often. Lighting in renderings is hard to work with, it does not give the looks depending on the color of the cabinets.

Summary: Very good program and easy to use. The tutorials area great and very easy to follow. I would be able to recommend this without any hesitation.

Positive: Being new and having come from using Auto CADD, 2020 for Commercial Furniture and other drawing programs, this one seems to be the most user friendly.

Negative: Since I am just starting to use the program. I do not know what and what cannot be done.

Summary: Best kitchen design program on the market. Excellent customer service and great online training available.

Positive: Relative ease of use to get started. Lots of training modules to help with more advanced designs. Customer service is always ready to help with any issues I may have.

Negative: Crashes too often, could be a computer problem. Some features that I feel are basic are missing from the program. Setting a bottom alignment for the upper cabinets vs setting a top alignment, Getting a box count for freight costs and being able to customize the reports a little more. Overall, I really enjoy working with the program and look forward to learning how to do more with it.

Summary: Overall, 2020 is a great software for kitchen design. The software can sometimes be limited due to file size, making the program crash or lag.

Positive: The 2020 software is relatively easy to use and navigate. It is great at representing 2D and 3D designs.

Negative: The software crashes/lags often and the cloud browser only sometimes works.
