Summary: I like the 20/20 and the available support. I also like that the support is well trained and in almost all cases were able to answer questions on the spot.

Positive: I like working with people and being able to put their thoughts into a picture. It helps build client confidence!!

Negative: I wish that finishing ends of the cabinets was a lot less clicks!!

Summary: I have wonderful experiences with this software. It's very professional and the leader in our industry.

Positive: Ease of use, short learning curve, support from the 2020 experts, look of design renders and plans.

Negative: Can't think of much that is a Con. They could have better images in their stock catalogs. example: more choices for rugs, prints, etc.

Summary: I have been using 2020 Design since 2016. It has exponentially improved since Version 9 :) This system is great for anything cabinets and countertops.

Positive: The ability to download catalogs and adjust pricing is the best features. There is a lot of different ways to design within the system, and being able to manipulate the settings to your liking helps with efficiency. The life-like renders that can be generated help the customer visualize and also helps the designer accurately convey their ideas.

Negative: My biggest issue with 2020 design is the textures and generic furniture. It really needs updated to items that are more current in trends.
I think more ceiling options and better lighting would be beneficial as well.

Summary: I couldn't do what I do without the many benefits of the 2020 design software. The intuitive interface makes using 2020 a pleasure.

Positive: 2020 is an intuitive easy to use design software for residential interior designers focused on kitchen and bath creations.

Negative: The occasional glitch where the program shuts down.

Summary: Overall an amazing program that is a huge selling feature to my jobs. Being able to create such realistic renders help both the client and I design every detail of the job. And with the ability to make my Floorplan on site with magic plan helps bring it all together that much faster and with less mistakes.

Positive: I love how beautiful the renders are so photorealistic helps bring my projects to life.

Magic plan and 2020 together help shave time and minimize mistakes allowing me to do Floorplan with ease.

Negative: I find the software utilizes more cpu power on my renders then gpu... I wish it were the other way around , or a balance between the 2 as I have a very powerful gpu.

I get a lot of server errors where sometimes I can't get In to my program which delays my jobs and pushes my workload and timeliness

If you could create holes into your parts it could make take the creativity much further. Wine racks for example.

Buying more licenses for other designers in mY workforce I don't think should cost the same amount. I feel other licenses should be half the price at least. Or at least offer 2 more licenses at the price of 1 full. So say 3 licenses for the price of 2.

Summary: Best platform out there for semi-custom and stock cabinets. It gives you several areas to visual the drawings, 2d, 3d, virtual (I haven't tried yet) this give the client so many options. It makes it easier to sell jobs.

Positive: Quality of the renderings. Ability to use multiple catalogs at one time. It is the one program that gives you the ability to use across multiple platforms of business. It integrates the use of Sketchup to add the nice little touched many clients need to be able to visualize the space.

Negative: It can sometimes be difficult to figure out issues with the help menu. It isn't as user friendly as the design program.

Summary: I've had less crashing. The customer support is exceptional. And there are so many more catalogs to design from.

Positive: I love the cartoon rendering. There are so many more decorative options. The renderings are faster and better looking.

Negative: I really haven't found any yet. If I had to choose something I would say the cloud decor items don't render if your internet cuts out.

Summary: Excellent tool that is easy to use and has great customer support. 2020 Design Live is essential for my projects and really helps close the sale!

Positive: I like how easy the tool is to use. The features that help me with designs and being able to import the actual appliances for my projects. The drawings I am able to create in 2020 definitely help in closing sales. The technical support is easy to use and is quick to resolve any issues I might have.

Negative: The only thing I don't like is occasionally the program will just shut down. fortunately there is always a backup to recover with.

Summary: Great experience. Really good customer support and very efficient at helping you through any issues you may have.

Positive: Very easy to get designs together in a short time frame. Intuitive and laid out well. Lots of ability to make it fit for your own style.

Negative: A bit hard to figure out how to output plans but once you learn it, it makes sense.

Summary: I have used several different cabinet design programs to include Cabinet Vision and 2020 is by far the best HANDS DOWN. This software provides the most extensive in app catalogs and the renderings are certainly the most realistic. Although the software is very powerful the training is top notch and readily available. This software is a key part of our business and I suggest it for any cabinet manufacture or supplier.

Positive: Access to all the major cabinet lines.
In app help and easy trouble shooting.
Ability to interface with Sketchup.
Quick and Easy Renderings.
Access to training videos at no extra charge.
The decorative item catalog is massive.

Negative: I would like to see a large selection of lighting.

Summary: I have been using 2020 Design for over 6 years now. The changes that have been made over the past few years have just benefited me and all designers around. It is very simple and easy to use. The resources available make it easy to truly show my customers what they will be getting. Keep up the great work!

Positive: 2020 Design Live is very user friendly & easy to use. The resources available now are super handy when it comes to designing kitchens, baths, etc. One of my favorite things is the cloud - where I can pull basically anything into my designs!

Negative: For the most part, I find that everything goes well with 2020 Design Live. Occasionally I may have it quit on me randomly, but I always follow up with the support team for the best solution.

Summary: 2020 Design is the key that locks down sales. Without this program at our showroom we wouldn’t be able to help customers visualize their space. I absolutely enjoy designing in 2020 And can’t wait to see what the next upgrade shows.

Positive: 2020 Design is the beneficial program to show all of my customers what their dream Kitchen and bathroom look like. With the ability to place and texture from there exact product it really helps them visualize their new space!

Negative: 2020 does take time to learn, there is so much to it that I still learn about it over the years and updates, overall I would say my con to the program is the color of the cabinets, sometimes they just aren’t the color of the sample.

Summary: If you are a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer 2020 is the program for you. Your ability to create, price and 3-D render designs in unmatched. 2020 Live has been a life saver when I work remote from home and when I travel between two different offices.

Positive: As a Kitchen & Bathroom Designer, I use 2020 on a daily basis for pricing, item lists, as well as install plans for my contractors. I love all of the new added textures and decorative items you can add to your designs. The ability to create 3-D renders that look like real pictures is exactly what you clients are looking for.

Negative: Always innovating, they are always looking for ways to make things better. So things do change from time to time which can throw you off a little. But I will say the innovations are well worth it.

Summary: I have been working with the 2020 Design software for almost 10 years. I learned the basics at school and the rest through practice and experience. It's really easy to use and can create amazing 3D images. Our clients are always blown away by the quality of the renderings for their various projects.

Positive: - I like that I can import items for Sketchup Warehouse
- It's really easy to use
- The renderings are really good, some clients think it's a real picture.

Negative: - I would like to see more item options (doors, furnitures, lights, etc.) within the program, but not the Cloud.

Summary: 2020 Design software has been my everyday use for about 12 years. The expansion of the software over those years have been extraordinary. The most recent changes to the V12 and V13 have had the most impact in terms of realism and designer ease. The professionals at 2020 Spaces listen to and execute the improvement suggestions from designers like me with every new software/hotfix update they release. I could not be as successful as a virtual designer without the use of this amazing software. I am looking forward to many more years of designing with 2020.

Positive: -Always improving!
-Most recent versions have had the most improvement in terms of features and rendering/lighting realism.
-Great support.
-Allows me to be successful as a virtual designer.

Negative: -Would like more updated décor options added to the cloud rather than importing.
-More customization ease within the cloud catalog items.
