Summary: It's the best tool for design I think out there. I have used other brands and nothing compares to 2020.

Positive: It give the client enough visual information to design a project. Also has great Three D views. Like the amount of storage too.

Negative: Lags a quit a bit and crushes when under a lot of movement.

Summary: I really like using the software, but I have limited access, finding certain items can be difficult but the more you use it the easier it becomes.

Positive: Easy to use, accurate design, can whipping something up for my customer seems pretty easy, can show them the end result within a few hours.

Negative: Somewhat limited catalogs, would like to see more.

Summary: Overall, an absolute great tool to have in the design industry. Especially kitchen cabinet design/pricing.

Positive: Ability to show clients photo-realistic renderings to visualize their kitchen. Integrated options from cabinet manufacturers is priceless.

Negative: Some quirks, and some basic selections missing (such as lighting options, trending accessories, etc.)

Summary: Generally my experience I can say is good using 2020 Design. Apart from the need for few improvements, the general experience is good.

Positive: I think I like everything about the pros, the rendering options to adjust the saturation, white balance, shadows. I find it very easy and intuitive working with various manufactures brands.

Negative: The cloud portion most of the times logs me out. many times this initiates the program to shut down. I have more recovery layouts than I have ever had. I am not that happy with this upgrade.

Summary: This is a very useful tool. When designing spaces for customers. More complete selections of visual attributes would be helpful.

Positive: Makes it easy to show customers what their space will look like with the 3D imaging. Easy to incorporate the specific features they desire.

Negative: Loading catalogues can be difficult. Some catalogues are more difficult than others.

Summary: Very user friendly software with great customer support. The 3D render quality is great. One of the key benefits is that allows users to work with a wide range of tools and features to create precise, detailed designs, generates detailed quotes for cabinetry and and makes ordering process very simple and fast.

Positive: I like this software a lot, because it’s easy to use and the render quality is great. All my clients live the 3D renders.

Negative: I would like to have availability to make tile layouts in the elevations , using different shapes of tiles.

Summary: Still learning, but so far so good. Still on the free trial. Hopefully as i get better and faster.

Positive: Communication with 2020 for help . Easy to work with. Still learning the product, but I like what I see so far.

Negative: Very bulky, so much not needed. Not a whole lot to complain about.

Summary: I have been using 20/20 design for 20+ years. Over that time the improvements in have been substantial and more user friendly.

Positive: Having the ability to use 20/20 on multiple computers without having to use the security key is fantastic!

Negative: The only con is needing to remember to log out of 20/20 Design live so that you can use it on another computer later. If you forget, there is not a work around that I know of.

Summary: I've designed 100s of kitchens with 2020 and helped me make lots of people satisfied clients over the years.

Positive: Saves Many designs, lots of catalogs to download. Elevations and different views to help clients get understanding of what to expect from project.

Negative: Sometimes is a little buggy but usually works itself out.

Summary: I love 2020 Design, and will continue to use it throughout my career. Clients love seeing all angles of their project and enjoy the coloured renders before committing.

Positive: As a kitchen/bath designer, 2020 Design Live makes creating and pricing extremely easy. Our cabinetry suppliers works hand in hand with 2020 Design, so that designers can work directly with the cabinetry that they offer for perfect designs!

Negative: The system seems to crash when you have a large design or complex project. I suggest saving work often, and creating separate files for multiple rooms within the job.

Summary: I really like to use this software. They just need to update small things like render quality and maybe more cloud items options.

Positive: It is easy to make a design.
you can get render easily.
other things, you can see all details like elevation look, countertop dimensions etc.

Negative: Rendering can be more realistic.
somestimes gives too much error. The system shut down itself.
when you use cloud item, we should change their dimensions.

Summary: I train our Showplace dealers on 2020 and recommend it over other design software all the time. I sincerely feel it is the best in it's class.

Positive: The graphics are very good and crash episodes are minimal. It's easy to maneuver and the Help section is much improved.

Negative: I use it on 2 computers--I wish it would sign out automatically, so I don't have issues when I forget. Searching the Cloud is cumbersome and I would like to see images rated on a complexity scale so I know which ones to avoid to keep from crashing.

Summary: Customer love the see before you buy and understand what they are buying because of the detail 2020 provides.

Positive: Love working with 2020 designs love!
It has made explaining details to customers easier!

Negative: Really no cons other than sometimes coloring might be off.

Summary: My experience with 2020 is very good, I think this system is a good helper for beginners to experts.

Positive: 2020 Live for me as a designer is a really good tool. It is really friendly and functional. They are improving all the time, providing support and innovation.

Negative: I will not consider cons, I will consider growth. Any system has many opportunities to improve and 2020 is doing this all the time. I am pretty sure any version will be providing a better reflection of the high-quality renderings with our loose friendly platform.

Summary: Overall is has been a great experience, I've been using 2020 Design going on 10 years and it's slowly improved over the years.

Positive: - Simple and easy to use
- Being able to have cabinets and appliances via Cloud is convenient and handy
- The rendering is quick and good quality
- Different options on how files are formatted and saved
- Menu options are easy to read

Negative: - No developer access, only way to create a catalog is to send it off to their team to put together
- Used to have access to Sketchup importation, but it's no longer available
- Over half the Cloud catalogues are locked by the manufacturers, I'm not sure if requesting access gets seen by the manufacturers. I have never been approved for access to any I've requested
- Lighting and textures are lacking
