    Summary: My company uses Darwinbox HR and I think it's very easy and seamless. It even has a built-in forum/social networking feature which is quite helpful for conducting surveys etc. Overall I'd say go for it!

    Positive: - The UI is quite simple and everything like attendance management, performance reviews, etc. are properly automated by Darwinbox.
    - Some neat additional features like self-generation of documents are quite helpful when every employee needs his/her name appearing in a standard document template.

    Negative: Not a con just an annoyance-
    - The message that pops up each time we log in, asking us how we feel at work today is quite annoying, I can guarantee you that nobody uses it. Please remove/disable it.

    Summary: I think Darwinbox is a go-to tool for anyone looking to seamlessly automate their HR activities and also not have a steep learning curve for using the service. My company uses it and it think it's great.

    Positive: - It has all the features that the HR of a company needs, from attendance management to recruitment. It even has a built-in intra-company networking tool called vibe.
    - Some good features for auto-generating documents. Quite useful when attested and personalised documents need to be created separately for every employee.
    - The mobile app also works very seamlessly.

    Negative: - Not a con but a minor frustration, the clock-in button on the website version does not change color when pressed, like in the app. It gets confusing sometimes to check if we have clocked in or not.
    - The how are you feeling at work today message is very annoying and nobody uses it. Please remove it!
