    Summary: The pro-active monitoring and automated remediation are quite good.

    Positive: Its enterprise marketplace is quite helpful with its Pre-configured IT and business services catalog.

    Negative: Nothing as such; the product is satisfactory. However, it can incorporate the new AI generative technologies for faster resolution of tickets and problem-solving. Rest is all fine.
