Summary: When I have used it, it has worked very well. It took some getting used to but once you know how, it is very slick.
Positive: Once you know how to use it, it is very easy. When you have issues, support is always there. It gives attendees direct access to the information needed.
Negative: It took some getting used to. I felt the training I did, did not cover everything so I had to figure it out on my own or get support.

Summary: Our attendees appreciate the ease of use and the additional functionality compared to previous years.
Positive: Offers new features our previous event app didn't have, such as session check in and integrated survey software.
Negative: Cost is a big factor for us. A lot of the data upkeep requires manual imports often as well.

Summary: If you use Cvent as your registration system and are interested in an event platform for mobile and web, Attendee Hub is a natural choice. The main reason is the natural integration with your registration system. Another reason is the excellent customer service that the Cvent team has to offer.
Positive: The biggest benefit is the natural integration with Cvent. When you use all of the tools available for even management, the populating of Attendee Hub become very easy. Then setting up the pages within Attendee Hub is very straightforward with the great layout in their webpage. The biggest benefit at the moment is the roll-out of the AI feature.
Negative: I don't like the card view, and how it is limited to just that view for now.

Summary: Once you got over the learning curve, it wasn’t too bad. These solutions ensure you to have a streamlined attendee experience and ease of use for admins as well as product users.
Positive: In theory. It’s easy to create a personalized event for our attendees. The user face in the front end is easy to use and looks polished and professional.
Negative: Looks a bit basic and traditional.

I wish everything was in one portal. Push notifications and exhibitor portal were separate.
