    Makes life easier

    Summary: Having to keep track of multiple ways for people to communicate with me is confusing so Cvent appointments minimizes missed appointments from exhibitors. Being able to keep things within the app, esp when we're already sending emails to them through Cvent, is a really great way to streamline how we communicate with people

    Positive: Cvent system itself is such an intuitive system that is easy to use and comes with so many tutorials if you are confused with the functionality. What's great about Cvent appointments is it keeps communication within Cvent when you need to meet with exhibitors or vendors instead of relying on Cvent emails for them to receive emails and outlook when you need to receive emails from them. Being able to consolidate the communication gap and setting appointments easily is fantastic.

    Negative: I don't have any cons for how we use it, it's a great functionality.

    Summary: Overall we plan to continue to use the feature and hope to incorporate exhibitors next. Attendees and hosts had positive feedback about the use in the app.

    Positive: Easy to book appointments, can customize the settings, liked the automatic emails, and you are able to check in guest which is a nice tracking point.

    Negative: There are a lot of steps to initially set up the appointments. There is no "5 minute reminder" email that can be sent out to the host or attendee to avoid missing the appointment.

    Summary: Overall, I do like the product but it could use some improving. I would still use the product and would recommend to others.

    Positive: Cvent appointments are pretty easy to use, as with all other Cvent products. The feature is easy to set up and easy to implement.

    Negative: Clients have some issues with this, as there tend to be hiccups here and there.

    Summary: Cvent Appointments never disappoint, we have best-in-class support in place and a lot of articles available for more insights.

    Positive: We can easily customize the subject and the content as per our needs. It is easy to create appointments and even we can import up to 5,000 appointments in our appointment event.
    It is easy to locate our attendees the search box at the top is to help find attendees to add them to our appointment.

    Negative: Some of the features are available only for the premium appointment. Other than that it looks simple and easy.

    Summary: Overall its not bad, few misses and the whole logic gets turned around, so need to be careful while applying logics & grouping.But when done carefully(maybe some pop ups, warning messages etc) could work here to make it more at ease at the user level

    Positive: Helps in bifurcating the tasks, customizing as per our needs and grouping the categories for better focus & applying logics wherever required.We can also create a boundary as to who meets whom which gives us better accessibility and set up a line hence saving costs & ensures effective reporting.
