    Summary: Once you got over the learning curve, it wasn’t too bad. These solutions ensure you to have a streamlined attendee experience and ease of use for admins as well as product users.

    Positive: In theory. It’s easy to create a personalized event for our attendees. The user face in the front end is easy to use and looks polished and professional.

    Negative: Looks a bit basic and traditional.
    Was a bit of a learning curve from crowd compass to this.
    I wish everything was in one portal. Push notifications and exhibitor portal were separate.

    Summary: Overall the Attendee Hub functionality is easy to use and understand. The main area of improvement I would like to see pertains to generating attendance reports regardless of the platform used if possible when the program concludes. Also, it would be helpful to make the reporting more simplified as it could be hard to understand the difference amongst the varies different ones (session attendance history vs session attendance details by session).

    - ability to customize the main page based on the program's needs

    Negative: - If a webinar/conference is hosted by a third party platform such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom, attendance reporting is not available.

    Summary: IT makes life a lot easier when sharing information about the event. Having that one go to place for the attendee to find their agenda, the exhibitors/sponsors at an event, floor plans, etc. all on one device makes things a whole lot easier

    Positive: The Attendee Hub is a go to space for sharing information with our attendees both pre & post event. Having a one stop platform to share an attendees agenda, have a list of sponsors and exhibitors, and to be able to share virtual content is extremely useful. On the day of an event, being able to configure and schedule notifications and reminders to all attendees also makes life a lot easier when you are busy doing other things. It is very easy to set up and we typically use it for all of our main flagship events

    Negative: It can be a little clunky when it comes to the finer details of set up. For example, you have to know which sessions will be included and which will be optional etc. There also seems to be a small loophole when it comes to sharing virtual content to specific admission item holders.

    Summary: It's a complete mobile app! When you get the hang of it, it's really ease to use and perfectly customizable!

    Positive: The information you can put in the app is endless! I like how it's connected to the registration in Cvent and how it pulls the data you entered. And I love that you can customize the design, images and icons depending on the client!

    Negative: It's not as user friendly as it could be. You can put so much data that sometimes it can get confusing. I think that the «more» page shouldn't exist. All the pages should be accessible through the home page. And the profile was better in a tab than in the top corner!

    Great platform for event organisers

    Summary: Overall, I really like attendee hub as a whole. However, I think there is a lot of improvement to be made on the appointment and polling features. Appointments take way too long to set up for how we want them (nothing out of the box, just that attendee can book appointments with each exhibitor at their table. Polling is also not great and would be good if all questions were visible on the screen for the host to read rather than the person moderating

    Positive: Ease of setting up the app, functionality + attendees find it easy to use. I like how sleek it looks and how it can be customised a fair amount.

    Negative: Appointments + polling is difficult to use. I think there is room for improvement here.

    Quickly adjustable for big impact

    Summary: Overall I'm very satisfied with the product. It has been easy to show other team members, and is quick to design for a very smooth onsite experience.

    Positive: Attendee Hub is easy to use, has a finished looking design which requires minimal effort to make look professional, and is very quickly adjustable. I find it very helpful whenever onsite, as I essentially have access to all my delegates, in order to give them information, and also to engage them more easily. I can also track their engagement through the reports very quickly, to make quick changes onsite for the biggest impact.

    Negative: Occasionally there are technical issues, which is always a pain onsite. I also wish there were more options for the home page, as this is not very interactive.

    Summary: Attendee Hub is a natural and must have solution when you are using Cvent's registration system. It doesn't matter if your event is either in-person, hybrid, or virtual, Attendee Hub can meet your needs.

    Positive: A big pros is the versatility of Attendee Hub being both a mobile app and a web platform. The natural integration with the Cvent solutions makes populating the app so easy.

    Negative: They are upgrading this view - my con is the card only view for the app. However, they are updating view options to icons which is a great update.

    Summary: When I have used it, it has worked very well. It took some getting used to but once you know how, it is very slick.

    Positive: Once you know how to use it, it is very easy. When you have issues, support is always there. It gives attendees direct access to the information needed.

    Summary: If you use Cvent as your registration system and are interested in an event platform for mobile and web, Attendee Hub is a natural choice. The main reason is the natural integration with your registration system. Another reason is the excellent customer service that the Cvent team has to offer.

    Positive: The biggest benefit is the natural integration with Cvent. When you use all of the tools available for even management, the populating of Attendee Hub become very easy. Then setting up the pages within Attendee Hub is very straightforward with the great layout in their webpage. The biggest benefit at the moment is the roll-out of the AI feature.

    Negative: I don't like the card view, and how it is limited to just that view for now.
