Summary: So far it works really well for us and we enjoy the ease of how everything works and connects to each other.

Positive: It works really well for our needs and we really like how it's all set up and creating the home page and tabs are fairly straight forward.

Negative: I wish we could find out more about the updates and have more of a walk through on items instead of just the webinar.

Summary: Cvent is the leader in the industry for event management and puts all the ability in the planners hands to have the tools needed for attendees for successful event management and attendee experience

Positive: Cvent Attendee Hub is an all in one inclusive hub to build, manage, communicate with meeting attendees. It's easy to use and Cvent support is there every step of the way when needed.

Negative: Greater design ability with spacing within the web page, image sizing, colors

Summary: Having worked with Cvent extensively over the years, I can confidently say it has been a reliable and robust platform. The customer service team stands out for their responsiveness, and my overall experience has been consistently positive.

Positive: Cvent Attendee Hub offers several key advantages:

Negative: While Cvent has some restrictions in customization and design flexibility, it's worth noting that the platform has made notable improvements to these areas over the past two years.

Summary: I like the ease of use of Attendee Hub, and the speed at which we can make on-the-fly updates. Integrating maps, QR scanning, and session planning are our most used features.

Positive: I like the ease of use for attendees, it creates opportunities for attendees to feel more comfortable with the event as well as open our staff up to be more available for on-site solutions.

Negative: There is sometimes a learning curve for attendees who are not familiar with event app software.

Summary: Attendee Hub takes your events up a notch in professionalism and capability. It truly adds to the overall event experience for your attendees, as well as streamlining the check-in and event communication processes for your internal team.

Positive: Attendee Hub is a streamlined platform. It's easy to use both as a facilitator and event attendees. It has become ubiquitous with high-level events, so the platform is familiar to attendees. The peer-to-peer attendee networking is a high-value function of the platform.

Negative: Attendee Hub is not the least expensive option on the market. Additionally, the team at Cvent is not always readily responsive, so your internal team needs to be well informed on the system and troubleshooting.

Summary: Overall, I’ve had a good experience with the Attendee Hub. It’s easy to find in the App Store, and our attendees are used to it.

Positive: Love that this easily integrates with Cvent so I can make changes in real-time and update attendees.

Negative: I don’t love the desktop interface, it’s lacking in visual appeal.

Summary: With Attendee Hub, we can create a completely customized interactive experience for our in-person, virtual, or hybrid events. We'll have access to add an Event App and Attendee Website to our event and all our sessions, speakers, exhibitors, and attendees will automatically integrate.

Positive: Reliable, Unique Features, Performance Enhancing, Efficient Service. Mainly the integrated travel information made by professionals who keep updating the features. Cvent has lots of customizations

Negative: Less Friendly Negotiation and the agenda breaks out onto additional pages, guests cannot share profile images

Summary: Overall this was a great solution for us. We had 500+ people download and use the app without a single problem. The ability to customize and connect directly to Cvent proved significantly time-saving for us.

Positive: This was our first year trying the Attendee Hub mobile app and it was so easy to set up. The features and functionalities for the most part met all of our needs and even offered some things we hadn't planned but we're a nice added touch. The team we worked with to help launch in the store was also very responsive. We did polling and

Negative: Still a few things that would be nice to customize - i.e. we couldn't alter what options showed up along the bottom so couldn't focus what we really wanted to highlight

Summary: Overall I am happy with this product. It doesn't take a ton of time to get it how you want it & Im always impressed with how my event website/app turned out. Our attendees also love the ease of the product.

Positive: Simple but enough customizations to brand it as your own. Once the product has been launched, our attendees have nothing but great things to say and hardly anybody comes to us during the event needing a walk through on what to do.

Negative: Sometimes it can be too simple. Would love to be able to do a bit more with attendee hub like have a poll running on the main page.

Summary: It is easy to use and great for virtual and hybrid events. It has solid tools for registration, engagement, and reporting. While it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, it’s reliable for streaming and offers good integration with other platforms. Overall, it’s a solid choice for managing events.

Positive: Easy to use interface.

Negative: Can be overwhelming for first-time users and more customization features can be added.

Summary: I would recommend but a lot of training is required. It needs to be acknowledged that there are a lot of things that could easily be missed.

Positive: It is easy to use and learn.
It makes the event management process a lot more streamlined.
The system is intuitive in that there are aspects that can be turned on which you may not have even thought about.
Leader in the market and it is obvious to see why.

Negative: Some big items aren't always clear and you have to click through a few things to find what you are looking for - meaning it is easy to accidentally send communications out wrong.
Larger learning curb and hard to find the answer occasionally.

Summary: The ease of use makes it a successful tool, but there is room for improvement. I would recommend Cvent.

Positive: The attendee hub is easy to use from a user standpoint. It is also user-friendly for the end-user which is most important.

Negative: So many options and things to edit make it overwhelming to know what features are useful or what you might be missing.

Summary: Overall, it's a great tool for the price. I love that it easily integrates with my event to provide attendees a seamless experience. The on-demand videos are so easy to access post-event.

Positive: The Attendee Hub is so easy to add on to our event to turn it virtual in a pinch (or not if you've planned for it!).

Negative: Although it's easy, the desktop version doesn't feel very updated.

Summary: Being able to do virtual, or even hybrid meetings, gave us an advantage once the pandemic shut things down, and even for the following year or so when things were opening back up. We had clients that needed to have a better solution to single video streaming or webinars that were not really allowing them to cover what their normal in-person events could do.

Positive: I like having the ability to include attendees virtually to our client's events, if they cannot meet in person. We have clients that have all virtual events as well as hybrid, which helps with their overall budgets and the convenience to include everyone into the event.

Negative: I haven't found it difficult to use attendee hub, however it's always nerve racking to ensure that all video links, especially when they will be live streams, will work when the site is live. We test, but you just hope all goes smoothly when necessary.

Summary: Overall the platform is great and Cvent is in my opinion the best in the business for event management software.

Positive: All of the event information is organized well on the front end and on the developer side. Cvent is always expanding their features and capabilities, so you can always know more updates are coming if there are any shortcomings.

Negative: Pricing - it is not inexpensive. Being more flexible with the event template - if coding is used, it can be altered but if some users don't have that experience it may be limited on where you can add items like images.
