Summary: Having tried other event management systems in the past, I can say Cvent is the foundation for our event success

Positive: Cvent Event Management is by far the best event management system I have used.
It does everything we need:
- event website
- registration process
- multiple registration types
- speaker management
- session management
- various pricing and discount models
- automated email communications
- event & session surveys
- exhibitor management
- etc.

Negative: It does so much, I feel like sometimes I am missing something. Some feature or functionality I could use but I am not aware of.

It is best to have a customer success person working with you to help you maximize the use of the system.

Summary: Overall it's a great experience and has helped make us more efficient and able to take on more events with less hours spent on set up.

Positive: Great product and it works really well for what we need it to do! The ease to register attendees and set them up in the app and attendee hub is great!

Negative: Sometimes there's too many feature options and its hard to know what to use when because there are just too many to choose from.

Summary: love the product and wouldnt be without it as an events professional. it enables me to deliver a good attendee experience whilst also demonstrating roi to the business

Positive: lots of options to customise the journey

Negative: can be costly - feels like sometimes you pay twice for some bits

Summary: It is great, can be customised to your needs and always deliver best in class with great tools and features

Positive: Great event management tool, allows you the option of getting delegates and enhancing experiences while having logic and delivering all your events require

Negative: Can be very technical and require training, especially other teams that might not be as involved

Summary: Cvent is amazing for Event Management and registration. I have used event for the past five years and do not know how I managed without it. It takes away a lot of the manual tasks and is able to hold all my data into one system. I do wish there was a little more custom features as Cvent is very much set up in just one way, but after you figure out those little nitpicky things it’s great.

Positive: The best thing is that it takes a lot of the manual work of tracking RSVPs, Personal Information, attendance at sessions out of event registration. If I didn’t have cvent I would have to hire a new staff member just to do registration.

Negative: It is pricey and not as custom as I wished it could be especially with the reporting.

Summary: Overall, Cvent is an excellent platform for event management. It allows you to build websites, manage registration, communicate to attendees and more!

Positive: I love that Cvent gives me a holistic view of my events, and helps me to have everything in one place.

Negative: Some of the integrations (SF) are lacking and not as intuitive as they could be.

Summary: I have used the Cvent Event Management product for over 5 years that I love it. I think it is a great option to hold all of your event information.

Positive: I love that they continue to improve the product and they listen to the customers to see what they want/need.

Negative: The price is a little high and it does take some time to learn

Summary: I have been using the Cvent Event Management tool for almost 10 years now, and have found it to make me job as a planning so much easier.

Positive: I love how the Cvent Management tool helps with the entire planning lifecycle. From event requests, sourcing, planning, budgeting and onsite help, the tool assists in every area.

Negative: I don't find all of the tool updates to always be helpful.

Summary: Overall, I enjoy using Cvent compared to other event planning platforms. It feels like I can create an event all in one space without having to jump around resources.

Positive: Using the Suppliers/Vendor Sourcing, Website Building, and Creating the Registration all in one place made everything so easy for me to create events. When I had an issue, the Live Chat Cvent Community was able to help with no problems. Also, the reporting data was very useful post-event so we could view our revenue and attendee list.

Negative: It would most likely be the limitations to what we can customize. For example, the website build widgets and the email creations.

Summary: Great! Super beneficial to capture all event aspects within one platform. Easy to manage and store information in one place

Positive: Event registration, Attendee Tracking, Email Communications, Budget management, pre and post event surveys

Negative: I have worked on 2 separate accounts that utilize Cvent and both accounts could not utilize certain features due to their own company's strict policies.

Summary: Overall, I cannot imagine what my day-to-day life would look like without the use of Cvent. It helps enormously to have everything in one spot and accessible by anyone working on the event.

Positive: Cvent has everything integrated into one platform essentially, which helps in all aspects of event management. From Supplier RFP's to On-site support, Cvent is a great product for anyone looking to streamline their events.

Negative: The new reporting features have been a bit clunky for the past few years, but they are finally implementing a custom report feature again. Also, if the Cvent platform is undergoing maintenance, or has any issues, you will not be able to access anything.

Negative: There are so many features that sometimes things are hard to find or a bit clunky.

Positive: I love how simple the program is to use but have a lot of elements to them, a lot of other programs are out there and "Simple" but don't really do much. This allows me to keep better track of my event data and work!

Negative: While the program is simple, occasionally it is hard to find what I need to do. However, Cvent recently released a Search Bar update and this has helped tremendously!
