    Summary: Constant Contact has somehow managed to drastically change the direction of our company to a much more promising future. Our advertising campaigns improved considerably after the arrival of Constant Contact, the designs were completely renewed and we also managed to more accurately count the clicks in the advertising campaigns. The general experience we have had has been quite positive, it has been a fairly easy to use software despite the fact that we have had a couple of doubts, we quickly adapted to the functions of Constant Contact, there were no complications when monitoring the details of the campaigns. Constant Contact has offered us a real-time monitoring service with which we can know how many people are entering the campaign, in addition, we can measure the rejection rate of those people who open the campaign but do not complete it at any time. In our Sales sector, this software is being very useful.

    Positive: Constant Contact is defined as a constant software to generate quality advertising campaigns and more closely monitor customer follow-up. Constant Contact goes beyond just an advertising campaign, it focuses on generating auto-responses depending on the customer's interaction with the campaign sent. In our Sales sector Constant Contact is being used constantly, every week we make reports and detailed reports on the campaigns sent to our clients. What we liked most about Constant Contact is:

    - It has a considerable number of templates fully accessible by any user. Even users with free trials can access these templates. There are over 400 templates available that give campaigns a whole different tone and make for a much more professional theme.

    - Constant Contact has an excellent list system, where I can integrate the various contacts and I can configure the auto-response system for each interaction. This list system helps me add automation to advertising campaigns.

    - Constant Contact allows me to automatically resend campaigns to their recipients if they don't open the previously sent campaign. The concept of this forwarding is to be a "reminder" so that the client can access the campaign.

    - Constant Contact has an AI system to generate personalized subjects in each campaign. Depending on the content of the campaign, the software generates a creative title for it, which saves us a lot of time.

    Negative: During our experience with Constant Contact, only 2 negative points emerged, which we will mention below. It is important to note that these negative points have not changed our positive opinion about Constant Contact, we believe that there are some factors that should be optimized to achieve a more complete experience for users. These negative factors were:

    - Constant Contact must allow the contact list to be exported and imported. Currently, I am unable to import any lists from some other software like Salesforce. The contact list is very important to us, and it would be amazing if we could import a new list, so we don't have to go through the process of inserting contacts manually.

    - Constant Contact support is not always the best. When we started using the platform, support was always present to help us solve various doubts, however, when we had been using the software for approximately 1 year, our support tickets were answered after 48 hours, we had to wait a long time.

    Summary: Since Constant Contact came to our work area, we have had really good success distributing ad campaigns. Constant Contact has been very beneficial, before we had quite a few complications in creating campaigns, because we took a long time preparing each one of them and we also took more time administering them consecutively, however, after the arrival of this platform, everything improved slowly. Constant Contact has helped us to send all the campaigns we want to our clients, without any delay in receptivity, in addition, we have been able to see the real progress of all the campaigns and we have enjoyed an automated filter so that our campaigns do not enter the spam folder of customers.
