    Very good for writing content

    Date: Apr 25 2023

Summary: Overall this is one of the best AI content writing tools I have come across. It's really easy to use, and works wonders for generating blog content. I haven't used it for anything super technical yet, but for basic blogs it works great.

Positive: Great interface, feels like editing a Google Doc or using Microsoft Word. Really easy to edit and improve upon certain sentences or paragraphs. Seems well thought out.

Negative: There were a few minor issues with errant words. My guess is this will be worked out as the language models improve.

    Terrible Experience

    Date: Apr 19 2026

Summary: They do not care if they cost a company money

    My experience with Cohesive is:
    - They launched services without my authorization on January 2, 2026, with no mention of a more appropriate plan for my business. Instead, they began charging a $400/month subscription--never letting me know they had a $30 per lead plan that would have been far more appropriate for this business. Trusting Kevin, I just stayed transparent and ever focused at the task at hand--paying my bill. Instead of getting upset, I set out to simply get the funds ASAP. Although I had JUST started my company, I did everything I possibly could to make the payment. Although late, the payments were always made.
    - First 2 weeks of February: I received enough leads to submit $236,000 worth of estimates, assuming each potential customer moved forward with a year's worth of recurring cleaning. Any experienced business owner would had suspected that this was the start of something amazing and fully expected these leads to at least stay consistent (bare minimum, I would have thought I would have seen those same numbers each month, right? Wrong)
    - The next 7 weeks I saw next to no leads. I had just over-extended myself to ensure I had all the equipment and Cleaning Service Products/Chemicals I would need, since I had little to be cautious about. Approximately 3 weeks into the dry spell, I reached out to Kevin, saying "I guess our time has come..." that I was going to cancel service since we must have drained my 12 cities, yes 12 cities, deep within the metropolitan area of Macomb County, Michigan. Kevin immediately called me to explain that I must not have received the email about their "system-wide glitch" that everyone was supposed to get, explaining the problem they ran into. During the conversation, he offered to reduce my monthly subscription to $100 for the current month and $200 per month for the next 2 months.
    - This is what really gets to me: I contacted him to cancel at the tail end of the 7 weeks, as staying on for even $200 per month seemed crazy since I was only seeing a poor-quality lead once every couple of weeks (on average). He THEN disclosed a Pay Per Lead Plan they have for $30 per lead, disregarding the fact that I was offered a discount if I were to stay on with them. My questions are: Well, where's the concern for the glitch they had? And why wasn't this offered to begin with, considering I had been FULLY transparent that my company had zero cash flow.

Positive: There's nothing positive to say. I refuse to act as though there is. They waited a little for there money, die to the FACT I just started the company, fully disclosing it had zero cash flow, yet they launch it without my authorization, yet they claim they went "WAYYYY ABOVE And beyond for me?"

That was one of the more disturbing things that happened, right at the end of the relationship...DISGUSTING. Maybe I understand a different type of going above and beyond for My clients.

Negative: My experience with Cohesive is:

Predatory AI platform that locks users and doesn't allow account deletion.

    Edited: Aug 03 2023

Summary: Cohesive is a predatory AI platform that locked users and doesn't allow account deletion. I believe they locked users so that they can you the user's database for funding rounds.

Positive: Nothing interesting about a platform that is not transparent. The support does not reply to emails and the chatbot on their website is offline. You cannot make a complaint.

Negative: Cohesive is a predatory AI platform that locks users and doesn't allow account deletion.
