    Summary: ClubExpress is comprehensive, customizable, easy to use and reasonably priced. Thanks to its features, we were able to concentrate our efforts on creating and establishing our organization during the start-up phase, knowing that the necessary foundation was already in place. By automating volunteer registration, event and membership management, not to mention contacts with our members, we can easily manage our membership database and have saved a significant amount of volunteer time. We have expanded significantly, and ClubExpress has expanded along with us.

    Positive: ClubExpress is always innovating, adding new updates and features to improve the user experience. The communication tools do not allow you to create surveys, polls and mass emails to members. By giving us all of these capabilities with the flexibility to customize the privacy of content and your members, we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

    Negative: The image and video functions could be greatly improved. Also, ClubExpress is amazing.

    Summary: The system's ability to automate the management of members in a voluntary club setting is remarkable. It's a robust piece of software with a wide range of capabilities, but the initial setup might be challenging for those who aren't accustomed to working with web-based applications.

    Positive: After getting the hang of it, it's not too difficult to use. Being a social organization, we don't need a lot of bells and whistles, thus our needs are straightforward. All of our events and membership renewals are handled through this system. There is a lot of value in the fact that renewal notifications may be set to automatically occur. The events plugin is fantastic, however it does have a few drawbacks. The outstanding assistance is one of the best features of CE. They are quick to respond, and I usually obtain a solution to my problem on the first try.

    Negative: Despite its superior functionality and wealth of information, the system's development tools are old, and navigation may be a pain. If advancements in current technology aren't in the cards, at least phone support can make up the difference. Membership dues would be a huge boon to our organization as well. Perhaps that can be considered for a release in the future.

    Summary: We have gained great responsiveness from our members and through the storage and sharing of documents and discussion groups with ClubExpress. Not all of the tools and customization options available are as simple as they seem; but, the tutorials are helpful and the staff is always there to troubleshoot. You won't need to talk to a robot or wait forever. I'm not sure how it compares to other systems because I haven't used any, but I'm happy with ClubExpress and have no plans to change.

    Positive: Once you conquer the technical side of ClubExpress, it is agile and, eventually, intuitive. It integrates membership management, event planning, payments, email and more. The recent addition of quizzes is an excellent choice. The breadth of options and tools ClubExpress has for assembling and running the website offers novice and expert users a quick and easy way to build all the details successfully.

    Negative: There is a learning curve to use all its functions, and the first setup can be complex, but perseverance is definitely rewarded.

    Summary: For me, ClubExpress is worth it for the time I can save. Although the cost may not be the lowest, for one year it's not too bad, and you get a lot for your money. I really liked that it offers a great platform for registrations, emails, documents, and many other features. Like anything, there is a learning curve, although for me it hasn't been a big concern.

    Positive: ClubExpress has made it as simple as possible to manage our memberships. Especially for someone who is not as knowledgeable about how to set things up independently. Setting it up is pretty straightforward, and I'm thrilled with all the options ClubExpress offers. Your team is extremely helpful and accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

    Negative: To be perfectly honest, I have no complaints about ClubExpress. This add-on has been done by experts. They offer fantastic customer service. Every time I have needed help with troubleshooting, they have responded quickly and in great detail to help me.

    Summary: ClubExpress membership and registration services is very professional and a really serene product. But, if you are looking for strong reporting or the capability to filter reporting, it is either unavailable or a very difficult task. The emailing option is also likely limited in chosen recipients.

    Positive: We appreciate the unique feature of being able to distinguish payment by membership type. It has helped us saved a lot of time by eliminating an additional step in the registration of members.

    Summary: ClubExpress has the ability to require payment along with registration which helped my organization manage and reduce our accounts receivable. Also, their support team is amazing! I mean really amazing.

    Positive: The best thing about ClubExpress is the ability to keep a calendar of events that permits registration and payment of training events. You can organize the events that have options and these option can have a price tag or not.
