Summary: There are so many features available through ClubExpress and that we continued our subscription only with ClubExpress because it already offers it. We are also able to create multiple admin and users without an extra fee. We are satisfied with having one login to perform all the tasks.
Positive: Prior to ClubExpress, we had several platforms managing our members, website, financials and communication. ClubExpress has saved us time and money by allowing all of these features to be placed in one locations.
Negative: We need the ability to create the email address for new member credentials or password resets to an email we want instead of support@clubexpress.com

Summary: Overall quite happy with ClubExpress. We are using it for automated membership renewals and payments via credit card. Mailing lists and event management are also taken care of by ClubExpress.
Positive: ClubExpress takes care of core requirements of membership management, card payments, event management, mailing lists.
Negative: Very less automation is observed, e.g., generating emails when events are added. Also, ad-hoc reportage is not robust enough to join Events and Surveys.

Summary: We run our ski club on this software. The members are very happy with the ease of use from payment processing to finalization.
Positive: ClubExpress have been very supportive when we have needed their help. After many years of using this service, we have some experts in our club who can make things work quite well.
Negative: We have had a slight challenges with amending reservations for our trips and our solution has been cancelling everything on the backend and manually signing up the person from the backend.

Summary: ClubExpress has been of immense assistance and it has made it possible to schedule services for our members and get the request out to volunteers.
Positive: ClubExpress makes it easy to schedule services and maintain track of activities. It is also very easy to record donations and generate reports to show donations each month and year. There are lots of features, many that I haven't learned to use yet.
Negative: The reports are not intuitive. The titles for the reports don't necessarily allow user to know what information will be generated.

Summary: We have used ClubExpress for quite a while now and I am a big fan of ClubExpress. I would recommend it to others looking for a user profile based website.
Positive: I truly appreciate that ClubExpress offers a manual on how to maneuver the website. It does take time to grasp the website, but it is easy to maneuver once you know what you are doing.
Negative: Hope I could edit or change the home page to my convenience.

Positive: ClubExpress is first and foremost a brilliant value for what you pay for it. It's incredibly functional and numerous features that our organization needs. Additionally, the ClubExpress team is constantly upgrading the platform with new features
Negative: Sometimes the ClubExpress server is slow to load. For example, upgrading certain things on the website or creating a forum can take few hours to be visible to the visitors rather than showing up instantly.

Summary: ClubExpress helps us to manage our membership and track service usage. We track attendance at events and also the amount of volunteer time spent. I also appreciate the fact that Club Express are regularly updating and enhancing the software to make it more complete and user friendly.
Positive: As we are a small, non-techie, non profit office run by a Social Worker, it is extremely helpful to be able to call ClubExpress with questions. They always help us find a solution and are very knowledgeable.
Negative: The biggest downside is the fact that ClubExpress is slow to add additional modules to assist us.

Summary: ClubExpress has been of great assistance. It can keep track of user's progress. Other good thing is that we don't have to involve IT to remove a user from a group email list.
Positive: Once ClubExpress is setup, it will do everything for you - keep track of people, send newsletters, function as a website. The users can make their own changes to contact info, etc.
Negative: The learning curve is steep. Setup is time consuming. There are so many modules or past webinars one should watch to become proficient.

Summary: ClubExpress is the most used software in our organization when it comes to registering new members and processing their payments for annual or bi-annual membership fees.
Positive: I like the ability to log on and be able to RSVP to things utilizing the platform. I also like that ClubExpress is now integrated with QuickBooks - great addition. Processing payments is easier, as is keeping track of the membership.
Negative: Exporting data is difficult. Tailoring reports can be a bit complicated for non-tech people.

Summary: ClubExpress is a very thorough toolset - if you're doing membership, payments, event calendar etc. it has it all easily customizable and ready to go.
Positive: ClubExpress offers the breadth of options and tools to assemble and run the membership website is useful for novice and expert users. It is quick and simple to build each page and element.
Negative: Some practice is needed but you get the hang of it quick enough. Just a few of the more quirky menu items (ads in a scrolling list at bottom of pages) are a little tricky to remember where to load what element up each time an ad changes.

Summary: Members of our Marketing team love using ClubExpress. We use it to advertise our services, keep track of registrations and renewals communicate with our clients, and keep track of important documents. I was looking for a new website platform a few years ago, suggested them and then helped them implement ClubExpress. Our team now really enjoy working with ClubExpress because it makes it easy and saves a lot
Positive: I know I can always reach someone by phone or email if I get stuck using the site. when I dial the number. a real person always picks up and helps me figure out what's wrong. There is a one-day turnaround time for emails. For someone like me who is not very tech-savvy but ended up becoming the team admin because no one else volunteered, the kind and friendly support has been invaluable.
Negative: It's a challenge to make a novel event in the calendar system, especially for something out the ordinary, like a fundraiser instead of a dinner.

Summary: Has a centralized database for all club data, a unified user interface, and real-time data access. Web administration is now much easier.
Improvements made to the speed with which members may renew their memberships. This has helped us tremendously with event registration.Positive: Usability is definitely the feature we like the most. Our club is run entirely by volunteers, so the fact that members can manage their own memberships and sign up or renew their own subscriptions online is a huge help.
Negative: Sending emails is not intuitive and we lack a lot of customization for our needs: we would also like better data management and development tools.

Summary: Membership management is my responsibility, and it's my first time setting up a full OS. It's a great tool for keeping tabs on everyone in our group. I do some light web maintenance and I love how everything turns out.
Positive: With ClubExpress, we can quickly and easily complete a wide variety of vital activities for our company. There is a wide variety of uses, and every time I consider them, I come up with ideas for how we might better serve our community.
Negative: Unfortunately, it's not always simple or obvious how to use the features. However, our company has received excellent assistance from the allocated representatives, who are also experts in their fields.

Summary: For clubs and memberships in general, I really recommend ClubExpress. Every day, it gets better. What I really want is a more convenient way to contact customer support (a chat feature would be great). If I don't phone the support line, it'll be a while before I get answers to many of my issues.
Positive: The program has very function that we might want in a management suite. As soon as we identify a need, we have access to whatever it is.
Negative: I have few complaints regarding the program. Although it's understandable to desire changes that aren't high on their list of priorities, the company generally does a decent job of releasing new versions and addressing user feedback with each one.
