    Summary: While working through invoices that were past due, one of the attorneys in our firm noticed a way to improve Clio's bill sharing and Clio actually made the change.

    Positive: Clio is user friendly and easy to navigate.
    The billing process for our firm has been streamlined with Clio.
    I also like being able to set goals for myself and Clio allows me to track my progress.

    Negative: It does seem like I get a lot of error messages and need to restart Clio.; however, I appreciate the updates that Clio is working to resolve the problem.

    Summary: I love Clio because it is basically a single app which has the ability to keep one organized in multiple ways. The Tasks option helps me keep up with all of my daily, weekly and monthly to-do lists in a simple, easy to view manner. I am able to set alerts to remind me of when projects are due. You can also maintain your all of your contacts, emails and even files through the app. It's my go-to for all! Very simple to navigate as well.

    Positive: Simple to navigate. A one-stop for keeping yourself completely organized and has reminder alerts to help remind you when a task or project is coming due. One app in which you can maintain a task list, reminders, alerts, emails, contacts and even files.

    Negative: As of today, I have not yet found anything that I do not like about the Clio app.

    Summary: Wonderful! CLIO has kept me organized. I’ve got my business partner using CLIO too. The conference in 2018 taught me how to use the product. I had a blast!

    Clio has helped my solo practice more than anything else

    Summary: The company is great to work with, they appreciate feedback, and they are prompt in addressing concerns. They will also provide an initial consultation to go over the different services they offer. My legal assistant and I would be lost without Clio. I appreciate the program every day I use it.

    Positive: Clio is the easiest legal software program to learn and use on a regular basis. I am not the best with computers and new things, and Clio was easy to use right from the beginning. The assistance they give you with one click of a button is fantastic as well. If I ever have a question, they answer it immediately. I store all of my documents and client information in Clio and the billing process is so smooth and easy to use. I have used two other legal software programs in my previous jobs, and they pale in comparison to Clio. I recommend it to all law firms, especially solo practitioners.

    Negative: There is nothing I do not like about Clio. Truly.

    CLIO Changed My Law Practice

    Summary: CLIO significantly improved my productivity and reduced the time for preparing and dispatching invoices. Having CLIO is like having an accountant and office manager wrapped into one!

    Positive: CLIO simplified billing, time keeping and document storage. The daily email reminders of tasks to be completed is very useful and functions as an additional docket. The capability to generate statistics on individual clients is invaluable.

    Summary: Clio will be a huge part of your firm's success; I can guarantee it! (I'm not a lawyer). It makes owning/running/maintaining a law firm easy, taking a lot of daily stress away.

    Positive: Everything.
    Clio makes running a law firm of any size life amazing!
    It is effortless to use and navigate.
    The attention to detail, such as the Clio platform's color scheme, makes it easy on the eyes, especially if you're using it all day.

    If you are new to Clio, you are in LUCK!
    Clio has many different types of articles, videos, etc., teaching you the ins and outs of Clio and how to use it to its fullest potential!
    If you can't find what you're looking for there, chat with one of the Support Teams - They are very well trained and can help with any issues accordingly. OH, and they will follow-up with you! You don't get that type of customer service anywhere these days!!

    Summary: Great product! nice design, ready for taking charge during the day and makes it an easier tool to take care the assigned tasks.

    Positive: Easy to manage and follow up on case management. I can handle thousands of files lots of space and drafts bill invoices.

    Negative: Sometimes interrupts the server, but it can be restored once it is reset. I noticed that when I work on a case and complete the assignment after I confirm it is done, it doesn't return to it's normal status from the beginning when it was assigned.

    Summary: We have been using Clio Manage and Clio Grow for about 2 years now. It has been a lifesaver on keeping our client files organized, digital and easily accessible.

    Summary: I will continue to use this product as I have since 2012. Clio continues to innovate. I would recommend Clio to other attorneys.

    Positive: I like the easy to understand interface and the fact that it has seamless integration with Quickbooks and LawPay. It allows be a single answer to accounting, client intake, billing and storage/tracking of client communications and documents. The price for service is also reasonable given the areas covered by the app.

    Summary: Clio is extremely reliable and does everything that I need it to do, while it continuously works to better my customer experience. I am very pleased!

    Positive: I support our lawyers in their work, so most of my work is in the creation and updating of matters, prospect follow-up and billing. All of this is easy and reliable with Clio, and the features which are constantly being added have really improved my experience and efficiency. I love how Clio interfaces directly with Dropbox and LawPay. Tasks are seamless and Clio helps me be confident in my recordkeeping. Person-to-person tech support is always courteous and very helpful. The chat feature is appreciated for smaller things, too.

    Negative: I have found that the online help archives don't always keep up with the new features in Clio.

    Summary: I've been using Clio for more than 5 years. I think it's great and I would recommend it to any other firm.

    Positive: It connects everything together. I can see the connections between clients and other contacts. I love the calendar system. I like how easy it is to look back and see what's been done on a case and when, and who did it.

    Negative: The task system is my least favorite part. The task page isn't great and it's hard to tell when things are due and what the timeline is compared to other tasks. Making tasks more like Trello cards or something would be nice because it's so hard to tell what's been done on a task.
