Summary: Great experience, everyone I have spoken to along the way has been super helpful and great to deal with

Positive: It is very easy to set up, use and customise. Even building my own website using the "drop down" items made this a great experience.

Customer service has been great so far!

Negative: There are a couple of features that would be good to have and more flexibility on the website but to be honest these are just minor glitches.

Summary: I would be using spreadsheets and notebooks without CleanCloud! I am so lucky to have found such a great company!

Positive: As a start up small, home based business I researched for a company that would set me up for a success and CleanCloud was the best decision I made! They have thought of all the issues that ever could arise! Customer support is spectacular and always available.

Negative: I wish the website builder was a little better. I tried it this week and the preview I created was nothing like the sample website I was shown. I’m sure it will improve over time

Summary: I was able to implement the software in a critical moment after my last provider went bankrupt. I was able to capture and continue operation quickly and retaining costumers that they were abandoning the ship. The customer chat support it's effective but needs some improvements to facilitate resolutions.
Teach the software to my older operatives I tough would be difficult, but wasn't.

Positive: Compared to legacy products the software provides an exclusive opportunity to leverage technology implementation to control orders, customer profiles, and inside-store organization as well as metrics that can help review customer experience.
It's fast, always live, and accessible from any device connected to the internet.
Garment tags are a key element that differentiates key information in each print, minimizing errors.
The interface it's easy to understand and the workflow is also easy to learn and teaches how to use it easily and logically. But the key element it's that there is an easy and fast way to communicate with customers quickly and effectively for order updates or marketing purposes. In the USA the option of having Doordash dispatched from the main interface has saved hours of driving for nonrouted orders giving place to increase speed in deliveries.
As a small operator, the integration complements all that I was missing with my past software, and I still need it to integrate lockers and other routes.

Negative: App driver notifications does not send push notifications when new orders are created. Same as main screen does not get notified about app new created orders in order to identified and verified if they can be collected before the date the customer options was and be aware of such new orders.

Disruption on work flow processing limited the automatic messaging for order status.

Summary: Excellent experience, great customer service, easily customizable as per your needs. CleanCloud offers training videos for tutorials.

Positive: Customer portal, automated text message to customers, route optimization for pickup and delivery. Customer notes. Overview of the metrics.

Negative: Needs few more features for metrics & data export. Need features such as employee to login and view their individual hours worked and tips collected by logging in.

Summary: We have been using CleanCloud for 2 years and have never had any issues. We customized the product ourselves with very little instruction from CleanCloud. There are help videos available for further training right in the app.

Positive: We love CleanCloud. The software is so user-friendly, very little training is needed. I love how customizable the screens are!

Negative: No complaints. CleanCloud has been a seamless conversion from paper.

Summary: Great software, especially if you are planning on switching from and old, out of date, pieced together software that is difficult to learn and use. I am moving my small business into the 21st century, and this software and app creation is a big part of how I am getting there. Worth booking a demo to see and feel the product.

Positive: Everything is where it needs to be. You can almost always find what you are looking for with just a few clicks. Training your staff on the use of the product was made easy with training videos provided by the software, and just the overall ease of the product makes it quick to learn for them.

Negative: Transitioning and setup of the software could have been made easier. They did provide export advice and imported what you did export from your previous software, but there could have been an onboard team that helped hold your hand through setting everything else up.

Negative: Slow customer service response. I had to wait almost a day for a simple solution.

Summary: Very positive experience, good response from customer support when you need it, making you feel they care very much about your successful implementation of the product.

Positive: Simple to get started for someone with basic IT skills. For those less IT focused their is a very helpful onboarding team.

Love the ability to set different price lists for my retail/commercial customers.

Invoicing monthly/commercial customers is a breeze.

Negative: Not much to say, the most frustrating issue when I set up my own price list structure was the inability to see the icons you select from the preloaded list. Only a text option was visible. This lead to many iterations on selecting the right icons per product.

Summary: Very satisfied customer here. Have recently checked out the competition (Cents) and price stands out as very reasonable for CleanCloud compared to others.

Positive: Great software for organizing my 3 locations and increasing business. Very intuitive design making the training of new employees quick and easy.

Negative: Having been an early adopter (4 years on CleanCloud) I am glad to see improved features...pick up and delivery in particular.

Summary: Good for us, working well and we are happy with our laundries now, our team also is thankful for this software.

Negative: One thing i hope while we are in Finland is the translation to be better as Finnish language is difficult.
So it is not easy to have it localized but we understand this.

Summary: I'll give this app a 5/5!!! It's worth every cent. It does almost everything for us. We can get a monthly report of our sales, our most frequent customers, as well as our highest paying customers. There's not too much that this app doesn't do to make running our business a breeze.

Positive: CleanCloud makes running our business so much more efficient and manageable. I love that customers are alerted whenever their orders are ready. I also like the benefit of being able to push out mass messages when necessary. This app has made life so much easier as business owners!!!

Negative: There isn't too much about this app that I don't like. It's very dependable and affordable.

Summary: We have always used CleanCloud after initially exploring other software. We have found CleanCloud to be the most innovative provider.

Positive: Innovations are always coming through. CleanCloud have developed from a simple dry cleaning app to a diverse industry leading application. CleanCloud is a client listening company.

Negative: CleanCloud would be better to prioritise improvements which affect finance, logistics and customer experience.

Summary: I’ve fell in love with how user friendly the software is from day one. Mg employees loved it sooo much more than what we had previously. Previous to CleanCloud, we were using Cents and CleanCloud was such a breath of fresh air.

Negative: None that I can think of in this moment that I utilize.

Summary: I have been with CleanCloud for years now and would not think of switching to another platform. I have tried others and I am totally satisfied with CleanCloud.

Positive: There are many many software out their but are very convoluted and complicated, CleanCloud takes all guess work out of operation, easy for new staff to use and the plus only relevant information. It is not bogged down with applications that are useless.

Negative: There just one thing I don’t like and it can be frustrating is from my phone some of the features doesn’t work properly as do from a laptop or computer.
