Summary: Ten Ten can’t get better than CleanCloud.

I have used few other companies before but this one is the one
Without CleanCloud we would not be able to move with the times.

Positive: Tbh what’s there not to like about CleanCloud? It’s has every feature you can think of and it’s so user friendly from ok set up to daily usage we can hire a new staff and they’ll be an expert in 2 days without trying as it’s very self explanatory.

The pick and drop with self branded app has really helped us scale MyLaundress and with ongoing new features it’s always helping us grow.

Negative: I genuinely don’t have anything bad to say apart from extra support should be provided to help MyLaundress scale and maybe more marketing features.

Summary: Lavado is a very happy customer of CleanCloud. Even though we are paying a lot more as compared to the other laundry management software available in India. We have never experienced any crashes or lags or any glitches in the working.

Positive: - well defined API documentation which gives freedom to build your own customer app & website

- monthly updates to make the system easier, better metrics and increase customer engagement

- the fact that CleanCloud takes its customers request and if they find it necessary they develop it

Negative: - not open to integration with local payment / SMS gateway

- the API documentation hasn’t really been updated since 2020 (a lot more information can be sent and received via the API)

- limited promo codes rules , loyalty program and monthly subscription

Summary: Very satisfied with the feature set and continuous improvement attitude of the company.
Really looking forward to a tighter integration with laundromat card system providers to take the POS/card systems to the next level

Positive: - Wide variety of features to address modern laundromat needs
- Demonstrated reliable cloud based operation
- Integrated self/service, drop off and pick up and delivery operation
- Reasonable priced
- Voting process for new features where such features are posted right from the POS portal and voted by CleanCloud users. Features are then prioritized, included in roadmap, implemented and follow up webinars are made available for training. Several critical features I asked for have been implemented and others are on their way.

Negative: - Since we migrated from a very basic visually intensive POS (ESD) the attendants required quite a bit of training which is related let's say to the non-digital background of our attendants
- The recommended hardware configuration required some work to get it to self start in browser mode to make it bullet proof when power cycling the system if required

Summary: I would absolutely recommend CleanCloud to any laundromat owners wanting to start Fluff & Fold service!

Positive: Our team at Coco Laundry - Laundromat, Wash & Fold loves Cleancloud because it's very user-friendly and intuitive, well-designed at a very affordable price, great customer support team.

Negative: Need improvement on marketing tools to help with customer retention and reviews. These are nice to have.

Summary: Overall I am so happy with this decision and look forward to growing my company with them. CleanCloud is so easy to use and find information if you need assistance. Training videos on tons of subjects.

Positive: I bought this system for my new business and it has been an awesome addition to my arsenal of tools to take care of my customers. I learn something new every day that helps me make my business better for my customers.

Negative: Listing of products that you can offer customers is not very extensive.

Summary: Excellent for everything I can think, application is comprehensive, support is fast and responsible, price is affordable.

Positive: One stop solution covering almost all the application in laundry applications, while price is also affordable.

Negative: None at this moment honestly speaking, after using CleanCloud, I will not look on other laundry software anymore.

Negative: Some pop-up, like customer resume inside the back office are not design for smartphone using.

Negative: - Need better marketing plan for introducing new products or services (ex. Doordash)
- Call in support limited expertise. Email used as main communication method to resolve problems.

Summary: I have used CleanCloud since it began and have watched it grow. I would not use anything else. Our customers love it too, especially the electronic notifications and the ability to pay each bill online.

Positive: Easy to use, intuitive interface. Good value for money. Could not operate without it. Makes running operations easier.

Negative: None really, they are responsive to ideas or updates, it is a community, where we are all working together.

Summary: CleanCloud is everything I need to run and manage my laundry business. The support is outstanding and the amount of flexibility is enormous. The team also allows customers to request features which makes it worthwhile

Positive: The support and ability to request features is a huge difference. The interface is clean and intuitive.

Negative: The cost is a bit high but I think the whole overall POS justified the steep cost.

Summary: Seemingly the best value for the money on the market right now. Ever-evolving and adding new functionality.

Positive: Versatile, easy-to-use, robust POS system at an affordable price point. Support is responsive and invested in the success of its customers.

Negative: An occasional bug here and there, (some) features have been slow to be implemented.

Summary: In general it has being a good experience use the system and at this moment I do not have complaints only that we cannot print into the ticket the loyalty points for customer.

Positive: Basically user interface is friendly and very simple to use for us; the system is available 24/7 and we have not have fails in the system. I would like that is very easy to update information related to product, prices and commercial rules and get easier information related my business another good thing is app mobile for Android and IOS. In general CleanCloud is a good tool for a laundry business.

Negative: We cannot manage partial advance payments in the order.
We cannot manage expenses.
Ticket does not have a lot space for add text I mean it is not possible to add all commercial rules in the ticket.
It is not possible to print into the ticket points for loyalty club.

Summary: My experience has been very good and compared to the competition the price to feature s is excellent. They might be the best deal out there but the competition is not far behind or ahead..

Positive: With this software I am able to manage sales, wdf, , pickup & deliver, and a website all in one! I like that they now have an iPad app. This should make managing even easier.

Negative: It can use more website features and seo built in. The app and delivery has sales have not been good but this might have more to do with my location and marketing.

Summary: I absolutely love the CleanCloud system it's superior to anything else out there. I've been in this industry for over 21 years and this is helped our bundle wash and pressing more than anything else.

Positive: I could go on for days talking about how much I love the clean cloud system I have researched several other POS systems and by far CleanCloud has more than exceeded my expectations. I've been in the laundry business for over 21 years. I've now had this system for almost 2 years. I have more than doubled the 1st year and the 2nd year I'm going to triple what I've done over the last 20 years with our bundle washing pressing.

Negative: My biggest con is that our employees are not able to get tips like they used to with the way the credit card system is set up.

Summary: I like this software because it fits our needs.

Positive: We do not utilize the pick up and delivery portion. However, it is easy to use and CleanCloud is always looking for ways to improve their product to make it better. They are very receptive in listening to customer needs/wants. We have used this software for a little over a year and it suits our needs. It is easy to set up products and train new staff users. You can make it as simple as you want or as detailed as you want.

Negative: Downside is they are UK based and therefore when we pay our annual dues we are charged an international fee. Otherwise, all cons that I could think of are personal preferences and as stated previously they are very receptive of what the customer wants/needs. They are still growing, but this isn't necessarily a con in my opinion. Sometimes the support is a little delayed because they are based in a different country. However, it has significantly improved over the last few months.
