    Frustration

    Summary: This has been a very frustrating and negative software experience. We are not at all happy with CleanCloud.

    Positive: Honestly, there are not many pros. I’m trying to think, but it’s difficult. Maybe the app for our clients.

    Negative: Costs and lack of customer support. We find ourselves going in circles with endless emails from the support department that don’t lead to anything tangible - the final response is typically, “unfortunately we don’t have that capability, but you are free to make a new feature request”.
