Positive: I have been using CleanCloud for 5 years now. I have been satisfied every step of the way. It has been amazing to see and implement all of the improvements and updates. CleanCloud really keep up with the time as well as their customers needs. Very happy.
Negative: Some features can be improved. For example, I created a special promotion for Thursdays to have 10% off of wash and fold. Although the promotion applies, it does not appear on the printed ticket at the end.

Summary: The software easy to use and with very little issues. Being a daily user, i wish there was a way driver can enter mileage before and after delivery.
Positive: Simple to set up and you can get running within minutes. I was able to get training in the morning and able to run software in the afternoon with no hiccup. It's a cloud base system so you can work from any services.
Negative: Driver app doesn’t allow driver to enter mileage. Need to integrate with better printer for labeling.

Summary: And the most that make me loyal to CleanCloud: they listen to their users by developing new features suggested by us. The possibility also to have several branches and to use the same customer base, products, prices, loyalty.
Positive: Super easy to use, even for users who are not computer experts and yet the software is very complete.
The possibility of authorizing each collaborating user to have access to more or less data, easy management of clothes, ease of customer invoicing.Negative: the possibility of extracting the detailed inventory is missing. I hope that will be the case soon.

Summary: When I needed to switch out of my old outdated system by Computer Systems International, called CleanTie now(they nickel and dime you and sell you outdated equipment at outrageous prices) , I did some research and meddled around with 5 different programs for my Dry Cleaners. CleanCloud was the one that stood out. Their customer service team and constant updates to make the platform the best one out there. My customers love the texting communications that I have with them. Tells them when their order is ready. I can text them if I need to ask them about a certain garment, which I get a higher rate of response than with calling. My account receivables have shrunken significantly because of the automated text reminders to customers to pick their clothes up. No longer do customers forget when they leave clothes at my cleaners. Truly happy with CleanCloud.
Positive: An easy and intuitive workflow. No need to buy new hardware. Customers LOVE the SMS sent to them when the order is ready, brings Dry Cleaning into the present, where many many stores are stuck in the past because of the POS they use. The customer service team is helpful and responsive.
Negative: Being a businessman, I will complain about the price. It’s such a good program and makes running multiple locations so easy that I’m compelled to dish out the subscription every month again and again, which honestly is fair when compared to the market space.

Summary: In terms of business I’ve managed to grow my top line revenue by 500% using CleanCloud. Their US based support is also great.
Positive: The interface is easy to use and the amount the software can be adapted for my business workflow is incredible. The software is updated all the time with new features and improvements. I also launched my pickup and delivery service using their app.
Negative: The number of features is a lot and can be daunting but I used their onboarding service to help get my business settings correctly setup and staff trained.

Summary: To this day e continue to use the product and it serves us well. We want to be able to correctly use functions that escape us.
Positive: It helps you with almost all areas of the business, simplifying processes and providing important data from personnel management to order collection.
Negative: We have not finished using several areas of the product correctly, there are still uses to explore. I consider that for emerging markets the monthly cost could be lower.

Summary: Overall would recommend this product but there is scope for more features going into the future, I like the door dash integration but its expensive for most customers, we did try it but didn't work for our market.
Positive: Great software with ease of use and great customer service, It's great that they can let us use our own hardware and POS system which significantly brings the overall setup cost down. my customers love the text feature of this software.
Negative: They have increased the pricing by almost 30% in the last 2 years and have not been able to add new features as needed, still lack the optional tip amount to be added for wash-n-fold by a customer while checking out. I hope they let us use our own credit card merchant because the merchant they use currently is charging higher processing costs than the overall market.

Marketing features are less friendly. The message delivery system doesn't show exceptional reports. We lost 4000 smses due to inter-country technical support. For international customers, the sms push system needs to be verified before pushing the data.
Sudden increase of 300% in SMS Credit rate without informing the clients. -

Summary: We have tried a number of POS systems over the last 15 years, mainly trying to adapt from Dry Cleaner software.
We went to CleanCloud on the recommendation of another user to streamline our Pick-up and Delivery service.
We have found CleanCloud suits our business model and has been an easy fit to our laundry system.Positive: Flexible POS system that can be adjusted to our specific needs.
Good & timely response from the HELP Desk.Negative: Some annoying hardware issues - mainly with printers.

Summary: CleanCloud is handy, and the new upgrades are starting to fill in the gaps. There’s still gaps, but at least there’s movement in the right direction!
Positive: Stop having to “remember” everything. Automation with this POS is so convenient after setup. Automatic sms to customers is extremely helpful.
Negative: When holidays occur, it’s challenging to change pickup/dropoff to the next open date.
