    Summary: Overall I don't think the service could have been better. Follow ups have been punctual, thorough and have dug for further understanding where needed.

    Very impressed overall.

    Positive: I appreciated that the Classter team really listened to the needs of CLLC. There wasn't a one-stop-shop methodology for how they treat their customers. It was an individualized approach. This meant long and thoughtful discussion about issues and how they could be overcome. Classter has tried extremely hard to meet all of CLLC's expectations.

    Negative: Not so much about Classter, but just learning another system takes time. I'm happy to say that the Classter team has been there to provide support as needed along the way.
