Does almost everything you would want it to. Date: Jul 07 2021
Summary: Overall, it's a fully functional, highly customizable and powerful CRM. We've been happy with most of the functionality built into it but they do feel a little behind. Watching video reviews of where their competition currently is, shows the work they have ahead of them. They're definitely playing a little catch-up but we're here for the ride.
Positive: Easily customizable, flexible and powerful. We've built our entire workflow around Claritysoft and look forward to seeing the other functionality and features to come.
Negative: Their web interface on mobile and their "App" is terrible. Embarrassingly bad. Barely usable.

Great CRM Date: May 13 2021
Summary: I would recommend Claritysoft to any company looking for a complete CRM system. It's affordable and easy to use. Again, the support staff are outstanding and you can see that client services to them are paramount.
Positive: I appreciate the ease of use and ability to move from Lead to Contract with ease. It's a great system to easily integrate into any organization. The support team is outstanding.
Negative: The reports are wonderful however, there are a few areas in the reporting I wish were more flexible.

CRM that Gets Used Date: Sep 15 2021
Summary: We chose Claritysoft 4 or 5 years ago and know it was an excellent decision. The support team is outstanding, very responsive and knowledgeable. When they say they will get back to you if they can't resolve an issue on the spot, they do!
Positive: Support from the tech and product support team has been unusually good. The platform is easy to use and adapt to different business structures. You can do a lot for a little.
Negative: Very large databases (over 250k) can be slow. Other than that, nothing comes to mind.

Summary: Great product, support is stellar and very responsive. I would highly recommend this to any small and mid-size company.
Positive: This CRM has 95% of what I look for in a CRM. I am a Fractional VP of Sales and implement CRM's for about 40% of my clients. This is my go-to CRM. It is disappointing when I have to use an existing CRM that a client already uses because I know there will be large pieces of functionality missing. If I can get them onto Claritysoft I will add a measurable increase to the sales team's effectiveness! The add-on marketing module makes this a complete CRM and marketing system that I can use for new business development as well as existing customer retention.
Negative: There are a few features that need to be added to workflow capabilities but they are pretty easy to workaround. I did have an issue with the length of the description field for action plans but they fixed that in 24 hours. Most of the issues are minor.

Summary: Overall, I have liked the software for ease of use and customization. The customer service team is also outstanding. Although it is not the most robust CRM I have used, it definitely meets our business needs and were are very satisfied with the software.
Positive: Ease of use for customization and superb customer service. Can access anywhere. The Claritysoft development team also integrated our online application to go directly into the platform for efficiency.
Pros: contact module, reporting, activities module, excellent customer service (amazing response times), security, marketing module, easy to customize.Negative: The lead module could be more customizable like the contact module to make conversions more efficient. The reporting module could be more robust compared to other CRMs I have used, but still meets our needs.

Summary: I have worked with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and SAP. Claritysoft was the easiest to implement with existing sales team. Training for start-up was great. The integration capabilities when acquiring companies has been great. I recommend Claritysoft all the time to other companies.
Positive: Easy to start-up.
Ease of customization.
Prompt customer service.
Great for integrating acquisitions.
User friendly, better than big names.Negative: New features and changes to the database need to be highlighted better for the administrators. I would like to see more report building training as well as an overview of marketing module.

Summary: As a member of the implementation Team, I was very impressed ClairtySoft implementation trainer, Susan Arnold and how simple the implementation was and with the usability of the product. The product is very full featured and we had and Excellent experience. Senior Management is very happy with the reporting capabilities and the new visibility they have to the sales funnel. Highly recommend the ClaritySoft CRM.
Positive: I have worked with many companies but ClaritySoft has an excellent Product which is very easy to use and their support is the best I have ever encountered in the IT industry. Both Evan and Jake from ClaritySoft Support are very responsive and follow-up on my client's issues even when they are not major issues.

Summary: I install ClaritySoft for end customers. Most of them are not technical. It was very easy to use! Many customers need custom fields and ClaritySoft does not charge you for this. Great SW and great company.
Positive: Cost, Flexibility, Functionality, API Integration, Customer Service/Support, and ease of use. This platform is super easy to use but really flexible to add custom fields to fit almost anyone's business needs. Best of all ClaritySoft is not looking to nickel and dime you for every little thing. Predictable pricing. If you are not happy with your CRM or paying too much I highly suggest looking at ClaritySoft.
Negative: Phone app for the system with longer character lengths.

Summary: My ability to easily upload prospecting lists, utilizing Excel sheets, greatly enhanced my prospecting efforts. I was also able to administer my entire sales process and customer service efforts.
Positive: Claritysoft is very user friendly. Creating templates, email marketing and customer relationship management are all within a few clicks.
Negative: There was nothing I did not like. Perhaps you could add training videos.

Summary: Tracking something as important as leads shouldn't be left to a software company that has little concern for its clients once they've signed up. As a busy business owner, I don't want to spend a ton of time learning how to do something I'll only do once or twice. Their support helps alleviate that, and I know I'm a call or a click away from the help I need.
Positive: As a business owner, I use a lot of different software. Many have too many options I don't need, and it can be endlessly confusing. With other software programs, this results in using a support system that often means a 90 minute call to another country, and a lot of hand-offs.
Claritysoft calls ME to see if I need help, which I did a lot in the beginning. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always available. Amazing! They help me tailor my CRM needs to my specific business. The online tools are very helpful too as well as well as the plug-ins. I highly recommend this CRM.Negative: The drop down menu for customers and leads was a little confusing. My admin put the data in the wrong dropdown and it took quite a bit of help to switch it to my leads. But the help desk worked it out for me swiftly.

Summary: Overall I find it a very good program to work with and am very happy with the program overall and recommend it to everyone . I find it one of the best programs overall.
Positive: Very user friendly, Very easy to search, filter, and sort. Very easy to run reports, overall very good.
Negative: Would like to be able to change all factors or a client on one screen instead of having to go separate screens to change each part. I think if that were fixed it would be much better.

Summary: There will always be "wish it did", but those are minor. It makes an excellent place to track all those unique things about your business.
Positive: Not only is it extremely customizable to exactly what you need to track and report on. Claritysoft has, hands down, the BEST customer service. I've had CRM's at previous employers who seemed simple enough, but when you had an issue, you were basically on your own with disjointed emails that were absolutely no help. With Claritysoft you get a real person who knows the software and helps you EVERY TIME. That alone speaks volumes to me. They will even call you back!
Negative: It can seem overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, Claritysoft is a very powerful tool that lets you track and report EXACTLY what you need.

Summary: I really like Clarity. We were on their Offline program when I first started here, switched to Salesforce and we then switched back to Clarity but with their online version. Compared to Salesforce, Clarity wins.
Positive: Easily able to enter new accounts and potential business. This program allows for easy use to staying on top of what needs to be done for the day so a project or potential business does not slip undetected.
Negative: There are not many cons to this program. What I actually think of minor, is some of the hardcoded items is about it. The pros outweighs the cons.
