Great CRM System and Support! Date: May 12 2021
Summary: I love this software, it's simplicity and ease of use. I start my morning with CS and end my day with it. The calendar is critical for keep us on task and the ability to create custom fields is wonderful.
Positive: Love the support I get! They are responsive and quick even when I make stupid mistakes! It's support like you don't see often anymore!
Negative: There are a couple of minor features I'd like to see added, such as the ability to schedule recurring meetings and print a daily schedule. Minor.

Ease of use Date: May 12 2021
Summary: A simple and beneficial platform for our company.
Positive: It was easy to implement with our partners and the reports were easy to segment and download. I mostly used the exports for marketing campaigns and loved how simple it was to grab the lists I needed.
Negative: Just the learning curve of having to learn a new program and entering the data, making sure it's "clean" and correct for use.

Claritysoft for a small business Date: May 12 2021
Summary: Very good CRM and great ongoing training and support. I get email regularly on training available to make sure I am maximizing the software. Also makes it very easy for others to train.
Positive: Claritysoft has proven very easy to use which resulted in a very quick adoption rate by all users. Ease of entering new information and the Outlook Add-In make it easy to use every day.
Negative: Depending on the level of sales data integration you choose will affect some of the usage. Without a full integration of sales most of the Sales functions are not usable. We did find ways to import sales data and use that data to create reports.

Great CRM Date: May 13 2021
Summary: I would recommend Claritysoft to any company looking for a complete CRM system. It's affordable and easy to use. Again, the support staff are outstanding and you can see that client services to them are paramount.
Positive: I appreciate the ease of use and ability to move from Lead to Contract with ease. It's a great system to easily integrate into any organization. The support team is outstanding.
Negative: The reports are wonderful however, there are a few areas in the reporting I wish were more flexible.

Does almost everything you would want it to. Date: Jul 07 2021
Summary: Overall, it's a fully functional, highly customizable and powerful CRM. We've been happy with most of the functionality built into it but they do feel a little behind. Watching video reviews of where their competition currently is, shows the work they have ahead of them. They're definitely playing a little catch-up but we're here for the ride.
Positive: Easily customizable, flexible and powerful. We've built our entire workflow around Claritysoft and look forward to seeing the other functionality and features to come.
Negative: Their web interface on mobile and their "App" is terrible. Embarrassingly bad. Barely usable.
