Summary: A quality app that works really well and if you ever get stuck or need support they are quick to help.

Positive: It does everything you need it to do and works well. Easy to install and quick to set up. It also has plenty of features.

Negative: Slightly complicated, but the support team makes up for this by resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.

Summary: Overall, this app greatly helps out with what I'm doing and I love the customer support. However, there are some areas that could be improved to make the user experience easier.

Positive: - very responsive and helpful customer support

Summary: Very satisfied with the over all service, product and the fact that their team is available 24 / 7 plays at a very big advantage.

Positive: In the world of technology and automation you always need an extended hand to help you out, time and time again CedCommerce has proved that they always have skin in the game and they take ownership of the issue in a very professional way.

Negative: Need improvisation on the UI side and need to catch up quickly.

Summary: If we add our Etsy and eBay sales together, they amount to more than sales that originated on our Shopify store. We are fairly new and growing, but these integrations have made a real difference in our growth and cash flow.

Positive: I am not personally familiar with all of the applications provided by CedCommerce, but I use two. One interfaces my Shopify Store with Etsy and the other interfaces Shopify with eBay. The software pushes all transactions through Shopify so all of my shipping, tracking, inventory and sales history are in one place, but to someone on Etsy or eBay, it looks just like their normal listing. Great service to help work through any issues or questions.

Negative: The app server must be far away, as it take longer than normal to load and respond to instructions, and I have high-speed internet. That is my only issue, and I only have to deal with that when I am adding products. Otherwise it is great!

Summary: I highly recommend them! From understanding my needs to thinking with me and implementing them and customer communication is smooth and fast.

Positive: It's still early stages for me but the team from CedCommerce has been a massive help thus far in terms of service.

Negative: None yet! I can't say anything negative about Suite for Google Shopping Feed yet!

Summary: Overall, great experience after trying 4 different integration apps. Their app worked better than all of them, it was cheaper (Free) and the support team makes sure you get the most out of it. They are always ready to help.

Positive: I loved the fact that when I got frustrated setting up the app or ran into an issue the customer service was ready to help. Sometimes they would just tell me to check back in an hour and by then everything I had wanted to do was done. These guys rock, great communication, great prices, great people.

Negative: Not one thing. Be patient and let the CedCommerce team go to work. If you trust them they will make your life so much easier.

Positive: Arpit at the Facebook Support desk was the most helpful person I have reached at Facebook for linking my Shopify store. I have been trying for months now to link my store and it has been a nightmare. I have reached out several times and customer service has been horrible. Arpit changed that. It was easy to follow along with what he was asking me to do and I went to pages I had been able to get to before. He was a huge help! He gave me a way to contact them in case my shop doesn't load in hours. I am very please with the customer service I received from him.

Negative: Linking Facebook and Instagram to my Shopify store is very difficult. They should make the process a lot easier.

Summary: Brilliant. Quick and easy. I would definitely use them again - I wasn’t getting anywhere trying to work it out by myself.

Positive: After trying to figure it out for myself I reached out via the app and was walked through the whole process very easily, via screenshots and messages. I never could have done it on my own. Brilliant job. Thank you so much. My shops are now live 😄

Negative: No problems at all. A difficult process was made easy with screenshots and messages. They were very patient and waited whilst I followed instructions.

Summary: Continuity is important here, I don't just look at the issue economically, it makes me happy to see the result of the transaction. All previously suspended Google transactions on my website have been fixed in this regard, this is a very important acceleration.

Positive: When I started working with CedCommerce, I was wondering what could be done. As of now, I am getting support on my 2 websites.
Here, the employees are as important as the company structure, and I can't help but mention Swati, who helped me in every way.
She is a true Star, she values her job and her partners and does her job well.

Negative: I communicate and find solutions in a planned way. I have no problems with information and teamwork.

Summary: It was a very easy to app to use and they have excellent customer service. Ankit was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Positive: Easily helped me move my products from Amazon to Shopify in minutes was very useful for company and saved a lot of time.

Negative: I do not think that this has any cons to speak about.

Negative: None. I have found that people don't waste your time and they want just to be helpful.
