Positive: The software linked my Shopify products to Google Merchant Center perfectly. I've been using Google Merchant Center for years and have tried lots of other softwares and never have gotten a perfect feed before. I've worked directly with a few people and they are the nicest people and super helpful!

Negative: I don't really have any cons so far in using this product.

Publishing, editing , etc is really easy. And if you have any question just contact the helpdesk.

Positive: I'm real happy with this product.
Makes it really easy for me to link Shopify with Etsy and I only have to add products in Shopify and will be published to Etsy easily. Also easy to change prices and transport options with additional templating.
And very good helpdesk. Used it twice and got response in a few minutes and very good help.

Negative: Nothing, very satisfied so far.
Sometimes bit hard to understand all features but very good helpdesk.

Negative: I seem to have trouble deleting listings, but I reach out for help and it's handled immediately.

Summary: If you are looking for a way to share your retail products with your online store and eBay at the same time, then this app is your answer.

And if you have an issue, their support staff is super-fast in responding to assist you. And they will stay online until your problem is resolved.

Positive: Perfect option for Ebay marketplace selling. And there is no Ebay app in the Shopify app store. This works. And works well.

And best of all. The customer support team. They are incredible. They walked me through the setup process when I started. And when you chat with someone they are right there. No long queues. And I never waited for a support staff member. They were just there. Ready to help.

Negative: So far, I can't find any issues at all with the application.

Summary: I'd still recommend this integration tool for ease of operations. There are some limitations but mostly due to Etsy API limitations.

Positive: Set up was relatively easy and day-to-day is relatively seamless, and even when it is not, the support team is helpful.

Negative: The subscription plans are on the fairly expensive side.
