Summary: It was easy to contact the customer service representative. He was ready to help me and fixed the issue promptly.

Positive: Manmohan was very diligent and knowledgeable. Helped me to resolve the issue that was preventing uploading some product. Also, he discovered and corrected some errors that were preventing our store from working properly.

Manmohan's work is A+

Negative: None so far. Everything went well.

Summary: The tool is okay. But the integration process is not that smooth and efficient.
You have to utilise manual process to make things automated.

Positive: Integration, synchronization from Shopify to OnBuy is a good feature. And the the price automation is a plus.

Negative: The instructions, knowledge-base and other info needs improvement and needs to be written clearly.

Summary: Helpful app if you don't know much about Google Shopping Ads but want to start with it. The Customer support is very helpful.

Positive: Very helpful and friendly customer support. It is a helpful App for starting with Google Shopping Ads.

Negative: The user experience in the app could be better/needs some improvement.

Summary: Overall, the the app is good and how it can integrates with Amazon. Without the virtual assistant I would be stuck.

Positive: Virtual assistants helped a lot. Nupur helped me and went through all the things that were required to be in the attributes.

Negative: Difficult without any guidance on what each attribute meant. You have to manually insert every description in detail. If you don't you'll be stuck with errors.

Summary: Great experience so far working with support to get the app up and running. I hope that I continue to have success.

Positive: All of the features and functionalities of the product. I will update my 4 stars after I leave the trial period.

Negative: It can be a bit confusing as to how to implement certain features, especially shipping.

Summary: Working with CedCommerce for 2 months now. Will continue to monitor if we can build a long term relationship.

Positive: So far so good. I have had a few concerns but ever concern has been addressed. Easy to communicate with via Skype. Have received phone calls as well to go over monthly goals and has been very helpful understanding how the process works.

Hoping for more conversions to justify the cost of the service but with ads this can take a few months of working.

Will continue with CedCommerce for the quarter to determine if we can use them long term.

Negative: No major cons that can't be discussed and addressed.

Summary: In terms of app integration, they can manage the task needed to be done. They provide adept help and support.

Positive: In terms of customer service, they have a team assigned to you and they respond promptly. They are easily reachable and can answer queries immediately.

Negative: The team needs better communication skills and time management. There are other tasks and requests that tends to take time.

Summary: Not great, but Support team just about saved things. Helpful and fast to respond, but a lot of wasted time spent trying to resolve ourselves with poor documentation and help guides.

Positive: Very good support contact, although we should not really have need this amount of help to setup 5 products with OnBuy.

Negative: The Templating, Profiling and Publishing steps are all very cumbersome, difficult to understand and there is limited help guide to walk you through it - Setup guide for Shopify integration is very poor, so felt like we were setting up blind. Sharing to OnBuy was troublesome, and our listings broke, or didn't appear at all. The Support team was very good in fixing for us, but still expect a simpler, easier-to-use platform in 2022.

Summary: Absolutely horrible. They should be put in jail. I hope they do, the law needs to be updated when dealing with non local companies to comply. They will face their karma, they do not provide good service, or software, and their support is insulting at best. Stay away.

Positive: Nothing. They are horrible. I hope this review will help save you from the pain that I, and many others have experienced.

Negative: They are a rip off, the software does not work, there are a ton of bugs with syncing, feeds do not generate properly. They will not fix the problems and give you the runaround, and insulting replies such as "check now" and the problem is still clearly there. Please stay away, they are the worst company. Look online and you can see they have a ton of fake reviews too!

The quality of WooCommerce Shopee Integration from CedCommerce is very very poor. Almost every function cannot work and have to talk to their developer. I tried to upload some new products, add variations to existing products. This quality of this product even cannot pass testing. They just published and sell it directly. I also bought WooCommerce Lazada plugin from same company. I tried to upload some products but cannot. Developer uploaded for me. Then I follow exact same way to upload another product but it cannot upload again. Then involve developer again. They refused to refund even though they said no reason to refund within 30 days. They just said we will solve issues for you.
Waste money waste your time. I just need few minutes to add one variable for existing product in Shopee. But with this plugin I spend 3 hours and finally still cannot update one variation to Shopee.

Summary: We hired them to redesign our basic WooCommerce theme. They made offer and we paid 735. After this they said they were not able to redesign it, but we should buy their theme. We let them work. After 3 months, they delivered a theme that was significantly slower than ours and multi-language WPML plugin did not work. They didn’t know how to fix it.
When we asked for our money back and raised a PayPal claim, they lied to PayPal and forged our WhatsApp communication. In the forged communication, we "agreed that we accepted the theme“. PayPal decided in their favor. So we have a theme that is not working and our 735 is in their pockets. This was the most expensive theme that we ever bought.
They were not able to handle basic things, like create staging account or work through GIT.

This is type of message that we started to receive right after we made payment:

Positive: We offered them long-term engagement on our several shops. We thought they'd take advantage of our skills and help. They seemed being enthusiastic. 3 months of tormenting with them on basic things, blew our illusions away.

Negative: They are not a company, but a bunch of freelancers. Their capabilities are not what they declare. You don’t know who is responsible. And they were very responsive until they received the money. After that, we had to beg them to carry on. It would have taken half a year just to fulfill what they charged us. It was stupid of us to pay them.
Stay away from them, they lie.

Summary: Terrible, they really do know how to break a spirit. We were very excited to work with them and have tried and tried for months and months.

Positive: Not much the plugin worked very basically for maybe 3 months and then everything stopped. apparently I am supposed to pay them to update their own work.

Negative: Well where do I begin, We started working with ced years ago they seem to be one of the only companies that claims to integrate eBay and Etsy with WooCommerce. They not only hacked my website but then made me pay over and over again for support. They refuse to update their work on a basic level without you paying AGAIN for support and your lucky if they do anything at all when you finally pay them. This company should be shut down.

Summary: The worst company ever. Do not trust them, the softwares, apps will give you headaches and trouble. Customer support is almost as bad as the softwares if not worst. You will not get a refund, these Indians are very greedy. Take your money to where something is good not this bad program.

Positive: There are no pros. The entire program is useless. If you want to just throw money, this is perfect for you.

Negative: The entire program is a disaster. It has bugs, program fails always and destroy anything else you may have on your main website.
