Negative: The app can be overwhelming as there are a ton of features.

Summary: I would HIGHLY recommend using Amazon by CedCommerce for amazon listings! I plan to use Amazon by CedCommerce again with my other ventures.

Positive: Amazon for CedCommerce. WOW! There is NO way I could have completed my Amazon product uploads without their assistance. It was unreal. They provided me with a Skype call, I shared my screen, they assisted me through the template creation. Were patient and kind. THANK YOU so much for assisting my today!

Negative: Absolutely nothing... They were great! I really have nothing bad to say.

Summary: This team has made this process of getting me set to showcase my website in time for the Holiday Season as planned. Their work ethics are strong and I cannot wait to work with them again.

Positive: Knowledge- They are able to answer all my complicated questions.
Patience- They are able to guide me in the right direction.
Partners- The web designer team chosen is also good.
Staff- They work well together.
Pricing- Good pricing.

Negative: Time zone- This was not an issue with CedCommerce for me but I know it was hard for them to reach me.

Summary: I would highly recommend CedCommerce.

Positive: I have been very pleased with their apps/integrations and services.

Negative: Occasional issues with apps, but they are fixed quickly.

Summary: The app was so easy to get up and running, it does all of the legwork and has a very clean, easy to navigate interface. Stores like ours with huge inventories will require some grunt work due to the way amazon requires linking, and it can be burdensome when you're trying to link thousands of variants, however for small to medium businesses you'd be up and running in no time. Again, our issues are nothing to do with CedCommerce.

Positive: While not a cakewalk this is one of the best products I've used for Shopify/Amazon integrations. Most of the issues we are having are due to incorrect amazon data/ASINS/SKUs which is no fault of CedCommerce, never the less they've been incredibly supportive in helping us work through the issues. Thanks guys!

Negative: Seems to be some inventory issues but I'm assuming again this is caused by Amazon.

Summary: When I started this, I felt like "I'm not ready for this".. and by the time we got it set up, I was excited.

Positive: I had never used this service before, but the assistant had a lot of patience. Gave good instruction and kept telling me "I'll wait". She was very personable & professional - it's been many years since I've had such good customer service - and the product seems really great.

Negative: Everything that needed to be done for the system to work was very logical - nothing seemed extraordinary - and when done properly, it just all went into place.

Summary: Overall very positive experience. Especially customer support. I am very happy to make decision to use CedCommerce.

Positive: Instant great customer support. Answering all questions very quickly and friendly :-) You can send message any time and get answer/solution very quickly. Very happy customer.

Negative: Some items don't integrate when you create manually on Etsy.

Summary: The other comments here seem to be for WooCommerce and web dev so I cannot comment on that, but they just don't fit with the experience I have had.
But for the Magento Migration Tool for Shopify, Ankit and the team saved me so much time migrating our data across, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Great app, with fantastic support.

I have received excellent support and very prompt responses to me queries.

Positive: The consultant was very helpful and able to come up with a very quick response and solution to my problem.

Summary: Best support I experience in Shopify apps. I have bad experiences with other application/s. This is the best support i ever got so far.

Positive: Really fast and attentive staff. Even give extra effort and meet me with google meet to cater my needs.

Summary: Excellent service especially from the representative Aman who was very attentive to my needs and worked hard to get me to the solution i needed.

Positive: It was great to have someone to guide me through how to set up and integrate my products on Fruugo platform. I found the platform pretty technical in its requirements for integration and would have never done it without the tech help from CedCommerce. Especially the guy who helped me called Aman. He was highly knowledgeable and very patient with me as a novice at this task. He was very attentive to my needs and came up with the right solutions to the problems quickly

Negative: Would be good to have been able to communicate as well on email and phone rather than just whats app having said that, we did do that as well at times so no real problem.

Summary: Overall, it's a great app and great people. I would recommend it to others and I would also ask the developers to incorporate some easy way of mapping attributes.

Positive: I always appreciate the prompt and excellent support I get from the staff at CED. The app takes a while to navigate. But you can't fault the excellent service.

Negative: The template and uploading is a bit hard to follow at times. I've made a few mistakes, but the staff always point me back in the right direction.

Summary: Overall, it is pretty good. It is a little frustrating to get the hang of it and trying to get the most out of the app. It takes a lot of troubleshooting to ensure the app works properly. Still working with customer service on little kinks of the app.

Positive: It allows me to sync my products from BigCommerce to TikTok shop.

Easily manage the orders from the app for the most part.

Negative: Not all the syncing works properly, so had to do a lot of troubleshooting to fix this and make sure it works properly.
For example, the tracking information didn't sync properly, the inventory isn't syncing on the app.

Summary: It has been a pain trying to use this product, but I'm happy the support is as great as it is because it would be even more stressful otherwise.

Positive: I am new to the platform, and I have been struggling to get my products uploaded to Amazon over the last few days.

Negative: However, the support has been excellent! Nupur and the other support techs have been very patient and helpful in assisting me along the way and I really appreciate their help!
