To allow access, email invitations to other users are automatically sent with a "Secure Access Code" when they are invited. To avoid the stale roster personnel, the 'Secure Access Code" expires. You can transfer ownership of cases to other roster members. Your data is protected with 2048 bit SSL encryption on all pages, multiple databases redundancy, and off-site backups. You can add documents to each case, comment on them and share them.
