    Easy to Use CRM

    Summary: This CRM is an excellent tool for a small-medium sized company as it covers most basic tasks accomplished by a CRM software. The price point is hard to beat, however the there are less feature, so it's true to say you get what you pay for.

    Positive: This CRM is a very user friendly and easy software to learn. One of the best features is the feature called "tracks" that helps in setting up a path or flow of tasks to be done while working on a lead. It also offers good integration support. Also it is fairly inexpensive.

    Negative: The UI is pretty basic and doesn't have all the features you might be used to seeing on more complex (and more expensive) CRMs, for instances there is no live-chat feature.
