    Extremely hard to use and not intuitive

    Summary: If you are a really small company and you just need a little bit of applicant tracking, this won't be so tedious. But using this for anything over 3 hires a month is terrible.

    Positive: Not a whole lot, it was very hard to understand where you were in the tracking system and even harder to organize information.

    Negative: Clunky interface with a lot of weird routing to other parts of the website. Had a hard time finding people and when they applied, didn't have any good statistics to pull.
