    Summary: Overall I'm just really happy with this site. I think if we had gone a different direction for our ordering portal we would have ended up spending a lot of time setting it up and ultimately found that it didn't have all the features we need because, as I said, the business has such specific needs. Other platforms just aren't as customizable.

    Positive: I run a small company that sells to multiple channels, and has special relationships and pricing with several of our customer partners. Our built2buy ordering portal allows us to have everything in one place, despite all the nuance in the way we sell. Because we run all sales through built2buy now, we've been able to save time and make our reporting less confusing. The process of setting it up also helped us identify our major bottlenecks inside our handling and reporting of orders.
    The site also has everything that we need. It has a fully loaded mail feature, so we can set up automations to ping customers when they're cart is sitting unattended, or when they haven't ordered in some time. It handles discounts and sales easily. It uses WooCommerce, which works well and has good features, as well.

    Negative: Not sure what to say here. I'm a very happy customer. I use the site every day and it has helped my business a lot.
